Bovine milk-derived exosomes (BMDEs) have emerged as a fruitful area of investigation in age-related disease therapeutics. Through the utilization BMDEs, researchers possess capacity to unveil novel treatments and therapeutic interventions that potential enhance quality life for elderly individuals across globe. Studies provided evidence efficacy BMDEs facilitating regenerative processes bone cartilage, thus establishing their viable avenue addressing conditions like osteoarthritis. Although show promise prospective research route tackling illnesses, including Parkinson's disease, osteoporosis, skin rejuvenation, other unanswered questions still demand more exploration. Concerns been raised regarding safety especially human administration, must carefully examine these concerns identify alternatives. In conclusion, are an ripe into prevention treatment diseases.

Vaginal microbiota transplantation (VMT) is a cutting-edge treatment modality that has the potential to revolutionize management of vaginal disorders. The human vagina complex and dynamic ecosystem home diverse community microorganisms. These microorganisms play crucial role in maintaining health well-being female reproductive system. However, when balance this disrupted, it can lead development various Conventional treatments, such as antibiotics antifungal medications, temporarily relieve symptoms they often fail address underlying cause problem, which disruption microbiota. In recent years, VMT emerged promising therapeutic approach aims restore ecosystem. Several studies have demonstrated safety efficacy treating bacterial vaginosis, recurrent yeast infections, other conditions. procedure also shown results reducing risk sexually transmitted infections preterm birth pregnant women. more research needed establish optimal donor selection, preparation, screening protocols, well long-term efficacy. offers safe, effective, minimally invasive option for women with persistent problems. It could improve quality life millions worldwide become standard shortly. With further development, potentially treat wide range problems beyond scope

Background: there is a two-way relationship between the gut microbiota (GM) and brain, both in normal pathological conditions. It has been suggested that disturbances GM composition function can lead to activation of (neuro) inflammation or its maintenance mental disorders. Objective: analysis scientific publications, including results our own research on microbiota, role modulation brain functions involvement (neuro)inflammation endogenous Material method: using keywords “gut–microbiota” “microbiota–gut–brain axis/mental disorders”, “inflammation”, “neuroinflammation”, articles reviews were searched databases electronic libraries publications Medline/PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, RSCI, other sources. Results: basis literature sources, general information about GM, composition, main ways interaction with given. The development (neuro)inflammation, currently considered as one pathogenetic mechanisms disorders, discussed. Particular attention paid studies endotoxin (ET) (lipopolysaccharide — LPS) psychoses these indicators effectiveness pharmacotherapy. Conclusion: it established an important participant regulator neuro-immune interactions. possible disorders participation aggression (EA) formation therapeutic resistance revealed.
