Plastic products and nutrients are widely used in aquaculture facilities, resulting copresence of nanoplastics (NPs) released from plastics microcystins (MCs) algae. The potential effects NPs-MCs coexposure on aquatic require investigation. This study investigated the toxic polystyrene (PS) NPs MC-LR gut-liver axis silver carp Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, a representative commercial fish, explored intestinal microorganism structure liver metabolic function using traditional toxicology multi-omics association analysis. results showed that PS-NPs significantly shortened villi length, higher concentration PS-NPs, more obvious shortening. high concentrations increased hepatocyte space caused loss gill filaments. diversity richness fish gut microbes after exposure, this trend was amplified MC-LR. This experiment was to investigate the effects of feeding frequency on growth performance, body composition, and intestinal health hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀ × E. lanceolatu ♂). Fifty-six days with four different frequencies (1 time/day, 2 times/day, 3 4 times/day) were conducted groupers an initial weight 11.51 ± 0.02 g. The results show following: (1) Weight gain rate (WGR) specific (SGR) in 1 time/day group significantly lower than other groups (p < 0.05). (2) Superoxide dismutase (SOD) had lowest value group, times/day groups, catalase showed upward trend, greater total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) glutathione peroxidase (GPX) activities (3) increase led a significant expression levels cat il-6 In summary, appropriate can promote enhance fish’s gut. We recommend best times/day.
