Antimicrobial resistance is a growing global concern, prompting for antibiotic alternatives in animal production. Seaweed, abundant bioactive compounds with anti-inflammatory properties, offers natural substitute to synthetic compounds. Considering this, the objective of present study was evaluate bioactivity three seaweeds 1:1 combination Ascophyllum nodosum, Palmaria palmata, and Ulva lactuca. Initially, polyphenol, flavonoid, total phlorotannin content seaweed species were assessed through colorimetric assays. Subsequently, first evaluated an inhibition protein precipitation assay then confirmed vitro gene expression assays LPS-stimulated porcine alveolar macrophages (PAMs). The evaluation molecules revealed high TPC (1487.67±40.39 1763.57±69.01mg TAE/100mg sample, respectively), as well TFC (95.68±3.62 126.09±7.34mg CE/100mg sample) TPhC (0.167±0.02 0.23±0.01mg PGE/100mg) AN UL, respectively. inhibiting disclosed that extracts combining two algae (ANUL, ANPP, PPUL) more effective than effect exhibited by each single extract. assessment significant down-regulation IL-1β TNF-α extracts. In contrast, TGF-β showed increasing trend. These findings, along confirmation molecules, highlight algae's potential, making them suitable antibiotics disease prevention livestock sector. Clinically, effective treatment against CG prescribed only when using drug therapy. Fucoidan, naturally extractive polysaccharide, well‐reported bioactive compound with anti‐inflammatory immunoregulatory properties. In this research, an emerging computational approach was applied to explicate anti‐CG actions pharmacological targets exhibited fucoidan detail. Current network pharmacology data showed that 16 intersection genes of were identified, whereas all 6 core targets, including interleukin‐6 (IL‐6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin‐1B (IL‐1B), matrix metalloproteinase‐9 (MMP‐9), interleukin‐10 (IL‐10), metalloproteinase‐2 (MMP‐2), biological processes, signaling pathways characterized, respectively. As revealed underlying mechanism, achieved chiefly implicated reduction reactions enhancement immunoregulation. Taken together, these bioinformatics findings may be used reveal effects mechanism before further experimental validation. Furthermore, those identified therapeutic for research development fucoidan‐anti‐CG.
