Zinc has been demonstrated to boost immune response during SAR-CoV-2 infection, where it prevents coronavirus multiplication. A highly sensitive detection of Zn(II) ion via differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) utilizing an environmentally friendly modified screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (ErGO) embedded with carboxylated-8-carboxamidoquinoline (CACQ) as chelating ligand. This study aimed to evaluate the phytochemical composition, mineral content, and antioxidant potential of hydroethanolic extract Chenopodium album (CAHE). The content was analyzed using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) with samples prepared by acid digestion. Phytochemical profiling conducted Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), employing a Supelco capillary column helium as carrier gas (1.21 mL/min). spectra (m/z 40–600) were matching NIST library. Bioactive compounds identified based on relative peak area spectral comparisons. Antioxidant activity evaluated through nitric oxide scavenging, DPPH radical reducing power, metal chelation assays, ascorbic butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) standards. AAS analysis revealed high concentrations calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, indicating nutritional value CAHE. GC-MS fingerprinting bioactive such linoleic ethyl ester, quercetin, phytol, known for their antioxidant, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory properties.
