Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide. The burden cancer incidence and mortality increasing rapidly. New approaches to prevention treatment are urgently needed. Natural products reliable powerful sources for anticancer drug discovery. Baicalin baicalein, two major flavones isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, multi-purpose traditional medicinal plant in China, exhibit activities against multiple cancers. Of note, these phytochemicals extremely low toxicity normal cells. Besides their cytotoxic cytostatic toward diverse tumor cells, recent studies demonstrated that baicalin baicalein modulate variety stromal cells extracellular matrix (ECM) the microenvironment (TME), which essential tumorigenesis, progression metastasis. In this review, we summarize therapeutic potential mechanism action regulation microenvironmental immune endothelial fibroblasts, ECM reshape TME signaling, inhibition angiogenesis, progression, addition, discuss biotransformation pathways related challenges future research directions improve bioavailability clinical applications. Allergic diseases are a set of chronic inflammatory disorders lung, skin, and nose epithelium characterized by aberrant IgE Th2 cytokine-mediated immune responses to exposed allergens. The prevalence allergic diseases, including asthma, rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, has increased dramatically worldwide in the past several decades. Evidence suggests that diet nutrition play key role development severity diseases. Dietary components can differentially regulate inflammation pathways through host gut microbiota-derived metabolites, therefore influencing allergy outcomes positive or negative ways. A broad range nutrients dietary (vitamins A, D, E, minerals Zn, Iron, Se, fiber, fatty acids, phytochemicals) found be effective prevention treatment suppression type 2 inflammation. This paper aims review recent advances etiology allergies, nutritional regulation inflammation, clinical findings about nutrient supplementation treating current literature potential efficacy plant-based diets reducing symptoms. Further trials warranted examine beneficial effects anti-allergic management

Given the ongoing rise in occurrence of allergic disorders, alterations dietary patterns have been proposed as a possible factor contributing to emergence and progression these conditions. Currently, there is significant focus on development therapies that utilize natural compounds possessing anti-allergy properties. Dietary polyphenols plant metabolites intensively researched due their well-documented anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immunomodulatory characteristics, making them one most prominent bioactive chemicals. This study seeks discuss in-depth mechanisms by which molecules may exert anti-allergic effects, namely through capacity diminish allergenicity proteins, modulate immune responses, modify composition gut microbiota. However, further investigation required fully understand effects. paper examines existing evidence from experimental clinical studies supports idea different polyphenols, such catechins, resveratrol, curcumin, quercetin, others, can reduce inflammation, relieve symptoms food allergy, asthma, atopic dermatitis, rhinitis, prevent response. In summary, possess properties be utilized for developing both preventative therapeutic strategies targeting The also discusses constraints investigating broad usage well potential avenues future research.

Abstract: Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a prevalent allergic disease that imposes significant economic burdens and life pressures on individuals, families, society, particularly in the context of accelerating globalization increasing pathogenic factors. Current clinical therapies for AR include antihistamines, glucocorticoids administered via various routes, leukotriene receptor antagonists, immunotherapy, several decongestants. These treatments have demonstrated efficacy alleviating symptoms pathological states. However, with growing awareness rising expectations improvements quality life, these become associated higher incidence side effects an elevated risk drug resistance. Furthermore, development intricately dysregulation immune system, yet underlying pathogenetic mechanisms remain incompletely understood. In contrast, widely available natural plant molecules offer multiple targeting pathways uniquely modify typical pathophysiology through immunomodulatory processes. This review presents comprehensive analysis both vivo vitro studies modulate immunity treating AR. Additionally, we examine their specific action animal models to provide new insights developing safe effective targeted while guiding experimental applications against Keywords: molecules, rhinitis, immunomodulation, therapeutic mechanism, research progress

The airway epithelial barrier is the first defence against aeroallergens. Nasal cells (NECs) are vital in regulating innate and adaptive mucosal immunity allergic rhinitis (AR). Tregs produce cytokines essential for immunomodulatory activities allergen immunotherapy. Understanding relationship between NECs hyperresponsiveness network developing novel treatments. Using an vitro human Treg-NEC co-culture system of AR health control group, chemokine expression profiles were examined using immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR, ELISA, functional surface markers detected flow cytometric analysis. Correlation analysis was performed derived from CD4+CD8+Foxp3+ group after co-culture, including TSLP/CTLA4, CCL1/CTLA4, TSLP/CCR8, CCL1/CCR8. CCR8 CTLA-4 expressions co-culturing higher than single culture. Following Derp1 stimulation, TSLP, IL-25 TGF-β + increased. CCL1 mRNA lower group. In TSLP higher, protein levels decreased. There no significant differences IL-25, IL-10. When Treg added, changes similar to that observed pNECs. After CCL1/CCR8 positively correlated AR. Human pNECs can communicate with directly, may be pathway play a key role immune
