The adverse effects of short-term megadose antibiotics exposure on the gastrointestinal and liver tissue reactions in young children have been reported. Antibiotic-induced intestinal are usually unpredictable present a poorly understood pathogenesis. It is, therefore, necessary to develop strategies for reducing antibiotics. Studies harm rescue measures from perspective gut-liver system lacking. Here, we demonstrate that lincomycin reduced body weight, disrupted composition gut microbiota morphology, triggered immune-mediated injury inflammation, caused dysfunction, affected lipid metabolism. However, baicalin administration attenuated lincomycin-induced changes. Transcriptome analysis showed improved immunity mice, as evidenced by decreased levels inflammatory cytokines expression genes regulate Th1, Th2, Th17 cell differentiation, inhibited mucin type O-glycan biosynthesis pathways.
