Abstract
Photothermal
therapy
(PTT)
has
been
regarded
as
a
promising
strategy
considering
its
advantages
of
high
inherent
specificity
and
lower
invasive
burden.
Since
the
photothermal
killing
cells/bacteria
showed
different
patterns
death
depending
on
varying
temperature
in
PTT,
change
PTT
is
vital
to
cell/tissue
response
scientific
research
clinical
application.
On
one
hand,
mild
received
substantial
attention
treatment
cancer
soft/hard
tissue
repair.
other
induced
by
capable
antibacterial
capacity,
which
better
than
conventional
antibiotic
with
drug
resistance.
Herein,
we
summarize
recent
developments
application
temperature‐dependent
biomaterials,
mainly
covering
ranges
40–42°C,
43–50°C,
over
50°C.
We
highlight
biological
mechanism
latest
progress
diseases.
Finally,
conclude
discussing
challenges
perspectives
biomaterials
addressing
temperature‐orchestrated
PTT.
Given
deep
understanding
interaction
between
biology,
rationally
designed
sophisticated
responsiveness
will
benefit
outcomes
personalized
toward
various
2D
cell
culture
occupies
an
important
place
in
cancer
progression
and
drug
discovery
research.
However,
it
limitedly
models
the
"true
biology"
of
tumors
vivo.
3D
tumor
systems
can
better
mimic
characteristics
for
anticancer
but
still
maintain
great
challenges.
Herein,
polydopamine
(PDA)-modified
decellularized
lung
scaffolds
are
designed
serve
as
a
functional
biosystem
to
study
screening,
well
microenvironment.
PDA-modified
with
strong
hydrophilicity
excellent
compatibility
promote
growth
proliferation.
After
96
h
treatment
5-FU,
cisplatin,
DOX,
higher
survival
rates
observed
compared
nonmodified
systems.
The
E-cadhesion
formation,
HIF-1α-mediated
senescence
decrease,
stemness
enhancement
drive
resistance
antitumor
screening
breast
cells.
Moreover,
there
is
rate
CD45+
/CD3+
/CD4+
/CD8+
T
cells
potential
immunotherapy
screening.
This
bioplatform
will
supply
some
promising
information
studying
progression,
overcoming
resistance,
drugs.

can
dilute

reduce
interaction
between

weaken
efficacy.
Therefore,
searching
an
effective
delivery
approach
extremely
critical
urgent.
Stimuli
responsive
hydrogels
respond
altered
environmental
conditions
under
disease
states,
allowing
specific
delivery.
Accordingly,
smart
systems
prolong
duration
adverse
reactions,
decrease
frequency
administration,
improve
patient
compliance,
thereby
accelerating
recovery.
In
this
review,
we
discuss
different
types
stimuli
for
delivery,
focusing
on
their
application
in
management.
Further,
provide
suggestions
future
research
treatment.
