However, COVID-19, a novel coronavirus disease with strong human-to-human transmission, hit China in late 2019 forced the Chinese government suspend classes clinical internships. To cope this situation, e-internship, which facilitate varied interactions without need direct contact, used as alternative strategy help continue their Objectives describe perceptions experiences of undergraduate e-internships during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods A descriptive phenomenological design was adopted. Seventeen major teaching hospital Changsha, China, were recruited into study. Data collected through semi-structured, in-depth, face-to-face interviews. The interviews transcribed verbatim analyzed using Colaizzi’s approach. Results Four themes captured from data analysis: perceived images nurses e-internships, psychological experience, benefits limitations e-internships. Conclusions Our findings suggest that e-internship suitable method training cultivating crisis. enhance efficiency guidelines standards should be formulated, effective measures taken build better platforms. In future, we combine on-site internships thereby fully advantages, improve much possible.

Thus, how to provide students with an effective and flexible learning style is currently important educational issue. This study focused implementation of teaching improve effects based these special circumstances. To ensure realistic situation, experiment blended was conducted in university Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region China for short-term study, consideration supervision control. In this experiment, single-group quasi-experimental design method, using extended O-PIRTATD/S model, adopted research-method course designed majoring preschool education. 8-week flipped course, where first 4 weeks were online last taught offline, thus combining as course. A total 115 active participants recruited study. Based theoretical framework belief-action-outcome (BAO) five research hypotheses proposed aim constructing behavior pattern cognitive beliefs which could be verified by structural equation modeling. results concluded follows: 1. Academic self-efficacy had positive engagement, but negative load; 2. Cognitive load did not have significant engagement; 3. Learning engagement enhancement academic self-confidence; 4. self-confidence.

Background In recent years, the use of digital technology in education health care professionals has surged, partly driven by COVID-19 pandemic. However, there is still a need for focused research to establish evidence its effectiveness. Objective This study aimed define gaps efficacy and identify priority areas where future potential contribute our understanding education. Methods We used 2-stage approach priorities. First, an umbrella review literature (published between 2020 2023) was performed build on existing work. Second, expert consensus questions obtained using modified Delphi method. Results A total 8857 potentially relevant papers were identified. Using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses) methodology, we included 217 full review. All either systematic reviews or meta-analyses. 151 recommendations extracted from papers. These analyzed, recategorized, consolidated create final list 63 questions. From these, process with 42 experts produce top-five rated priorities: (1) How do measure learning transfer into clinical setting? (2) can optimize artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep facilitate training? (3) What are methodological requirements high-quality rigorous studies assessing outcomes education? (4) does design interventions (eg, format modality) professionals’ training curriculum affect outcomes? (5) should field professions’ be defined standardized? Conclusions provides prioritized care, which will researchers, educators, providers, funding agencies. Additional proposals discussed regarding next steps needed advance this agenda, aiming promote meaningful practical technologies drive excellence
