Orientation:
High
adversity
occupations
(HAOs)
such
as
first
responders,
healthcare
workers,

military
personnel

subject
to
extreme
exposure

traumatic
events
(PTEs),

their
risk

mental
illness
post-traumatic
stress
disorder
(PTSD).

gap
in
providing
comprehensive,
proactive
resilience
training
mitigate

Resilience
Training
(HART)
