Objectives. The study aimed to examine individual anthropometric indicators, focusing on the bony pelvis size in female acrobats of various roles during puberty and youth age, as well persons who do not engage playing sports. Materials methods. sports qualifications were sub-elite elite athletes. population comprised 32 athletes having appropriate positions — top, middle, bottom: (12 performing their at 20 middle bottom). Girls same age categories (12-15 16-23 years old) did (control group 1 2) also took part study. research methods employed included measurements body length (cm), weight (kg), shoulder width determination mass index (conventional unit); pelvimetry was performed detect transverse longitudinal dimensions pelvis, degree maturity pelvic bones using bone (IPB). mathematical statistics used gain a comprehensive understanding data. Results. A comparative analysis conducted identify differences between aged 12-15 old bottom, control groups categories. revealed presence changes morphofunctional indicators below normative values Conclusions. Morphological criteria sexual dimorphism found acrobats, namely: pelvis. These processes can be regarded adaptive, occurring under influence physical psychological training, competitive loads high intensity.

Background Mood is known to change over seasons of the year, days week, and even course day (diurnally). But although broader mental health well-being also vary months weeks, it unclear whether there are diurnal changes in how people experience report their health. Objective To assess time-of-day association with depression, anxiety, loneliness. Methods The study analysed data from 49 218 adults drawn University College London COVID-19 Social Study, which gathered detailed repeated measurements same participants across time a 2-year period (March 2020–March 2022, 18.5 observation per person). Data were using linear mixed-effects models. Findings There clear pattern self-reported well-being, generally waking up feeling best worst around midnight. an week season, particularly strong evidence for better summer. Time-of-day patterns moderated by day, more variation individual during weekends compared weekdays. Loneliness relatively stable. Conclusions Generally, things do seem morning. Hedonic eudemonic have most variation, social Clinical implications Our findings indicate importance considering time, season research design, analyses, intervention delivery, planning provision public services.

ABSTRACT A deeper understanding of the molecular processes involved in psychological wellbeing older adults is essential for advancing knowledge underlying biological mechanisms. Leveraging proteomics data from 3,262 (mean age=63.5 years, 55% female) English Longitudinal Study Ageing (ELSA), we investigated cross-sectional and longitudinal associations (before after protein measurement) between 276 proteins eudaimonic wellbeing, hedonic life satisfaction, depressive symptoms, over 20-year span. For positive two (DEFB4A ECE1) were longitudinally associated with subsequent trajectory. We further identified higher concentrations 7, 8, 2 linked to lower respectively. Sex differences XCL1 SLAMF7 observed, males. These findings link human regulation several pathways, particularly involving cytokine regulation, neurotrophic signaling, inflammatory immune systems.

The biological complexity of wellbeing is studied from various perspectives, including genetics and epigenetics. However, there a knowledge gap concerning other layers, such as metabolomics, which dynamic changes throughout life. This study explores the association between metabolites in sample (N = 4748) drawn Netherlands Twin Register. A latent factor score for was constructed based on: Quality Life, Life Satisfaction, Subjective Happiness. total 231 blood were analyzed using 1HNMR technique. Linear regression models performed each metabolite, while correcting family clustering, relevant covariates, multiple testing. None significantly associated with after testing correction. Despite lack significant findings, 34 lowest p-value (0.25) pointed to same metabolic pathway: endogenous lipid metabolism. pathway has previously been linked GWAS related phenotypes metabolomic studies. In conclusion, this confirms speculates on potential role lipids. Further research needed confirm these hypotheses.

The teaching profession and its associated conditions are demanding, exposing teachers to significant stress that adversely impacts mental health job satisfaction. Moreover, research indicates mindfulness in correlates with positive classroom emotions work engagement, suggesting a potential link However, the mechanisms underlying this relationship remain underexplored. Recognizing critical role of affect regulation teachers’ professional adaptation, study examined direct indirect effects on satisfaction via negative affect. A sample 1098 (906 191 one-to-one instrumental/vocal teachers; Mage = 48.4 years; 77% women) completed self-report measures teaching, affect, Mediation analysis using SPSS Process macro demonstrated enhances by increasing reducing Moderated mediation revealed these findings were consistent across both modalities. These results suggest lifelong education for through mindfulness-based development programs within broader framework may effectively enhance contexts.

Montessori is the most common alternative education in world by far, and it exists both public private schools extends from birth to university. A prior study found that attendance as a child, controlling for demographic factors including SES, was associated with higher adult wellbeing, longer one had attended school, one's wellbeing. Because few people remain programs all their precollege years, here we ask if there are more optimal ages, terms of an association long-term attend (sensitive periods), ages transition conventional points). Using factor scores derived responses N = 1,907 adults ( M age 37, range 18–81 years) on standard measures analyzed whether wellbeing during specific spans (3 6, 6 9, etc.). Although attending every period through 12 predicted (compared schools), strongest effects were rather than preschool (ages 3 6), just 2 years. We next examined points schools, focusing especially transitioned at end Montessori's 3-year classroom cycles 12) or middle those 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11). Objective This study aimed to investigate the correlation between mild cognitive impairment and flourishing among Chinese residents. Methods A total of 527 community residents aged ≥18 years were recruited from December 2023 April 2024. Based on results Ascertain Dementia 8-Item Informant Questionnaire (AD8), participants classified into a healthy group ( n = 356) (MCI) 171). General demographic data, including age, gender, height, weight, place residence, education level, marital status, household composition, personal income, occupation, scale (FS) collected for statistical analysis. The analysis was performed using Statistical Product Service Solutions software. Chi-square test used compare differences groups, while Kendall’s multivariate logistic regression applied assess relationship MCI. Results Comparisons MCI groups showed that FS scores in significantly higher than those p < 0.01). revealed score AD8 negatively correlated with r −0.237, Multivariate indicated age [odds ratio (OR) 1.451, 95% confidence interval (CI; 1.107–1.902), 0.007], residence [OR 5.523, CI (3.572–8.539), 0.001], 0.421, 95%CI (0.311–0.569), 0.001] Conclusion Flourishing levels are MCI, associated lower risk suggests may serve as protective factor against decline. This study examined the relationship between well-being, exercise intensity, and enjoyment in soccer players. Seventy-seven players participated this study. Participants performed 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test took part four training formats: 5v5 1v1 small-sided games (SSGs), long HIIT, short HIIT. Enjoyment was measured using Physical Activity Scale (PACES), well-being assessed with Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (SNQ), Profile of Mood States (POMS), Total Disturbance (TMD), sleep duration, Perceived Recovery Status (PRS). Exercise intensity heart rate (HR) perceived exertion (RPE). TMD predicted across all formats (β = -0.68 to -0.36, p < 0.001). Sleep duration HIIT -.21, 0.05), SNQ SSGs 0.29, PRS 0.20, RPE -0.30, 0.01). The regression models were statistically significant conditions, indicating that 33% 49% variance explained by intensity. showed strongest predictor enjoyment.
