population.
Recent
studies
emphasize
strong
association
between
environmental
stressors,
particularly
dietary
factors,
brain
health

outcomes.
Despite
ongoing
efforts,

treatments
for
NDDs
remains
wanting.
Considering
this,

Background:
Polyunsaturated
fatty
acids
(PUFAs)
are
promising
nutrients
for

prevention

psychiatric
