Promoting physical activity has been identified as a pillar of obesity treatment and prevention. However, youth with often present physical, affective, environmental barriers to engagement. This qualitative study utilized phenomenological interpretivist epistemology. Three phases data collection included member checks, semi-structured interviews, focus group therapists treating orthopedic sport injuries. Background: The effectiveness of telehealth in managing obesity Saudi patients is still under investigation. This study compared the and in-person management programs for adults. Methods: clinical trial involved 62 adults, 29 receiving intervention at clinic 33 via videoconference calls. Anthropometric measurements, biochemical parameters, dietary lifestyle habits were assessed baseline after 12 weeks. Patients have been educated about goal-setting, healthy eating behaviors, personalized meal plans, increasing physical activity levels. Behavior-change lifestyle interventions are fundamental in children and adolescent obesity management. This scoping review discusses optimal behavior-change the treatment of overweight adolescents. A literature search on diet, physical activity, behavioral intervention for adolescents aged 0-19 years was conducted Cochrane Library, MEDLINE (OVID), EMBASE, ClinicalTrials.gov. Systematic reviews meta-analyses with randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published English from June 2016 to November 2022 were retrieved identify recent advancements. Obesity outcomes included body weight, mass index (BMI), BMI z-score, fat percentage, among others.
