Port shipping collaboration is vital to greener, more resilient trade, yet decisions remain siloed and uncertain. This study develops a Bayesian network model grounded in empirical data from major Chinese ports, aiming systematically analyze enhance port collaborative capacity. The methodology integrates expert knowledge structural learning algorithms construct Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG), representing complex multi-stakeholder interactions among enterprises, companies, customers, governmental bodies. Through forward backward probabilistic inference, the quantifies how coordinated improvements yield substantial synergistic benefits. Five leverage points stand out: customer engagement green supply chains, perceived service quality, digital information integration, multilateral trading maturity, strict policy enforcement. A newly revealed feedback loop between integration enforcement extends Emerson et al.’s governance framework, highlighting “digital-era connectivity” as critical dimension offering managers focused, evidence-based action agenda.

Supply chain agility has become a key success factor for businesses trying to handle upheavals and uncertainty in today’s quickly changing business environment. Proactive risk reduction is essential achieving this agility. To facilitate real-time prevention improve agility, research study proposes an innovative strategy that makes use of machine learning as well predictive analytics approaches. Traditional supply management frequently uses post-event analysis historical data, which restricts its ability address interruptions. This research, on the other hand, promotes futuristic methodology foresee possible disruptions. Based contextual models can be trained find patterns correlations anomalies point imminent dangers. Organizations identify risks they arise take preventative measures by incorporating these into monitoring system. examines numerous methods, showing how used spot risks. These methods include time series anomaly detection natural language processing. Additionally, assessment are continuously improved optimized using algorithms, assuring their accuracy adaptability contexts. clarifies symbiotic relationship among synthesis theoretical discourse practical evidence. Case studies from various sectors highlight usefulness advantages suggested strategy. The novel technique visibility quicker response times capacity modify operations. development holistic framework incorporates procedures, setting path identification mitigation, one contributions. On side, case offered paper show actual benefits proposed approach across wide range businesses.

Maritime transport is the backbone of international trade and global economy. Resilience essential for business continuity handling unforeseen disruptions such as COVID-19 pandemic. Studies on resilience in maritime (i.e. study) have become popular due to disruptive events. To date, no research has exclusively reviewed transport. This study conducts a systematic review based 110 papers Scopus database Google Scholar from 2010 July 2022. The analysis covers various topics, including most published authors, cited articles, co-word analysis, techniques, etc. primary significance this assess state existing knowledge unearth future directions, which might help academics practitioners decide what studies pursue. our knowledge, first marine resilience.

In the post COVID-19 era, changed freight patterns and trade routes, intensified anti-globalization situation, deteriorating geopolitical conflicts exert great pressure on maritime supply chain. The purpose of this paper is to explore how extend chain resilience from concept practice in Based development vision, constructs framework through literature review, which identified according strategic management procedure promote building deploy enterprise operational resources. structure theoretical industry includes goals, strategies, practices. We adopt hybrid AHP-QFD-DEMATEL method analyze most important factors each layer. It concluded that robustness adaptability are two strategy collaboration flexibility should be paid more attention era. This study enables SCRES a conceptual perspective practical narrows gap between theory practices study.

As a major global public health emergency, the COVID-19 epidemic has had significant impact on development of port operation. Based data from 1 January 20191 2019 to 31 December 202231 2022, this study utilizes spatial autocorrelation and local measure evaluate resistance resilience ports. From outcomes, we find that overall level for ports is relatively low, further have not been effectively restored adjusted, in world generally heterogeneous. In addition, temporary, where significantly improved after end 2021, most recovered positive trend 2022. Meanwhile, correlation response effect epidemic.
