Background Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder that can lead to various complications, including erectile dysfunction (ED). Therefore, this study aimed investigate the relationship between ED and psychological factors (anxiety, stress, depression) in Erbil City, Iraq. Methodology Using purposive sampling method, cross-sectional was conducted from June 15th November 27th, 2023, at Layla Qasim Center City. The questionnaire included demographic information, Depression, Anxiety Stress Scale - 21 Items for assessing depression, anxiety, International Index of Erectile Dysfunction Questionnaire. Statistical analysis performed using Stata version 12 (StataCorp LLC, College Station, TX, USA). Significance levels were considered p-values <0.05. Results A total 403 participants study. mean score depression 9.95 ± 4.99, indicating moderate depression. more severe, with 9.25 4.25, while stress 11.63 3.91. scores indicated mild-to-moderate ED, 13.46 4.30. Background and aims: COVID-19 survivors often experience significant pervasive psychological distress. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence demographic factors affecting anxiety, stress, depression levels among in Kurdistan region of Iraq. Method: online cross-sectional was conducted from August 1, 2023 December 17, 2023, Iraq, including Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok. Purposive sampling used collect data using an survey. The survey included information Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale - 21 Items (DASS-21). Statistical analysis performed Stata version 12 (StataCorp LLC, College Station, TX), with frequency percentage for categorical variables mean standard deviation quantitative variables. Ordinal regression analyses were assess associations between mental health outcomes. A p-value less than 0.05 considered statistically significant. Results: total 783 participants enrolled study. score anxiety 11.62 ± 4.71, indicating moderate levels. For depression, 11.54 5.21, mild levels, 14.0 5.78, normal Younger individuals (15-27) showed higher stress (Estimate: 18.96, P=0.001) 2.79, compared older age groups. Background and Aim Breast cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women, ultrasound imaging crucial for early detection. However, variability in interpretation can affect diagnosis. Therefore, this study compared the performance artificial neural networks (ANNs) support vector machines (SVMs) classifying breast tumors using images. Method This comparative was conducted from June 1, 2023, to 2024, convenience sampling method. Data were gathered Center Diseases at Nanakali Hospital Erbil, Kurdistan Region Iraq, publicly available dataset Kaggle. ANN SVM models then applied classify tumors. Statistical analysis performed R (R Foundation Computing, Vienna, Austria) IBM SPSS Statistics Windows, Version 28.0 (Released 2021; Corp., Armonk, New York, United States), with metrics such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, Kappa coefficient calculated both models. Results The model achieved an accuracy 87.78%, sensitivity 86.67% specificity 88.89%. demonstrated 86.67%, higher 95.56% but lower 77.78%.
