Over the past two centuries, vaccines have been critical for prevention of infectious diseases and are considered milestones in medical public health history. The World Health Organization estimates that vaccination currently prevents approximately 3.5-5 million deaths annually, attributed to such as diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, influenza, measles. Vaccination has instrumental eradicating important pathogens, including smallpox virus wild poliovirus types 2 3. This narrative review offers a detailed journey through history advancements vaccinology, tailored healthcare workers. It traces pivotal milestones, beginning with variolation practices early 17th century, development first vaccine, continuous evolution innovation vaccine up present day. We also briefly immunological principles underlying vaccination, well main types, special mention recently introduced mRNA technology. Additionally, we discuss broad benefits vaccines, their role reducing morbidity mortality, fostering socioeconomic communities. This exploratory study examined the impacts of COVID-19 and emerging challenges opportunities from aviation recovery. Financial support for environmental causes is more urgent than ever before. Thus, understanding consumer willingness to pay (WTP) tourism vital policymakers, businesses, and researchers. This bibliometric study examined the trend of research on using 428 articles published in Scopus indexed database between 1994 2023. The were extracted keywords “Willingness tourism”. A Microsoft Excel sheet was used descriptive analysis, a VOSviewer version 1.6.20 citation co-occurrence analysis. found that complex aspect economics behaviour shaped by various aspects. Amongst other things, aspects such as tourist biogeography, amongst others level awareness, sensitivity, education. In many respects, it demographic factors age, gender, income bracket, area origin. Even though major thrust anchored sustainability protection, recent events mold climate change, COVID-19 pandemic, technological innovation have played roles shaping tourists’ behaviour. Given emerging focus, there need respond geographic knowledge gaps hotspots understand how this will shape from Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) perspective going forward. doing so, be critical ensure continued fostering destinations can lead better design, marketing, managed services create memorable experiences drive loyalty.

Why was this research undertaken? Because in some tourist destinations the number of international tourists has a greater impact on overnight stays at hotels compared to domestic tourism. This study examines how tourists prioritize sustainable practices in Central Europe using the Kano model. With growing importance of sustainability tourism, there is limited research on evaluate different this region. The objectives are to classify tourism into five quality categories based tourist preferences and identify key when selecting destinations. A quantitative approach was used, surveying 250 Budapest, who rated 12 practices. data were analysed categorize these as "Must-be," "One-dimensional," "Attractive," "Indifferent," or "Reverse." results revealed that environmental conservation (M = 84.4%), wildlife-friendly 77.6%), waste reduction 75.2%) top priorities, classified "Must-be" attributes, indicating their essential role satisfaction. In contrast, fair trade (68.8%) received lower priority. This research focuses on resilience and sustainable development in the tourism sector during Covid-19 pandemic, using Pattaya - a renowned beach destination Thailand – as studied context. Since 2020, pandemic has significantly impacted its supply chain. The consequences include stagnation of hospitality services other economic activities due to lockdown measures restrictions. To investigate Pattaya's face these challenges, post-pandemic recovery, this adopted conceptual framework recovery proposed by McCartney et al. (2021), theoretical lens analyse events Pattaya. qualitative method was employed, in-depth interviews with public private stakeholders, such local authorities, large small hotels, business agencies relevant organisations. results show that industry, similarly sectors, adversely affected slow implementation strategies proved inadequate coping uncertainty. Local entrepreneurs require clearer more supportive reopen their businesses resume activities.
