Abstract Background Hospitalization of children is a stressful event. However, the child’s education at time hospital admission can be effective for prevention their anxiety via use more attractive methods. The study’s aim was to assess effectiveness using digital package on level hospitalized children. Methods This quasi-experimental study with randomized block method. sample size calculated based Shahrabadi et al.’s and sixty eligible were allocated two groups from June 2019 December 2020, in Hefdah-e-Sahrivar which central pediatric Rasht city. intervention that done 15 min after hospitalization Pediatrics’ Spielberger’s Inventory used measuring participants’ before intervention. We Chi square test, Fisher exact test paired t-test analyze data. A p -value < 0.05 considered statistically significant. Results In post-intervention phase, total mean scores significantly lower experimental group (60.17 ± 6.46) rather than control (72.6 8.83) ( P 0.001). 87.43 11 vs. 60.17 6.46 81.5 72.6 8.83 group, respectively. There significant differences intergroup between Conclusions current showed Digital Education Package (DEP) an method reducing children’s during hospitalization. Therefore, we recommended it as preferred simple routine nurses.

Purpose of review Social support has many benefits for patients undergoing organ transplantation, though inclusion it as criteria transplant listing been debated. This highlights recent developments in the research regarding social and including impact on transplantation caregivers, interventions, COVID-19, ethical perspectives. Recent findings perceived have patients, increased quality life adherence. The providers may also be impacted vary based patient caregiver characteristics, group ethnicity.
