Abstract
As
one
of
the
significant
challenges
to
human
health,
cancer
has
long
been
a
focal
point
in
medical
treatment.
With
ongoing
advancements
field
medicine,
numerous
methodologies
for
therapy
have
emerged,
among
which
oncolytic
virus
gained
considerable
attention.
However,
viruses
still
exhibit
limitations.
Combining
them
with
various
therapies
can
further
enhance
efficacy
treatment,
offering
renewed
hope
patients.
In
recent
research,
scientists
recognized
promising
prospect
amalgamating
diverse
treatments,
potentially
surmounting
restrictions
singular
approaches.
The
central
concept
this
combined
revolves
around
leveraging
incite
localized
tumor
inflammation,
augmenting
immune
response
immunotherapeutic
efficacy.
Through
approach,
patient's
system
better
recognize
and
eliminate
cells,
simultaneously
reducing
evasion
mechanisms
against
system.
This
review
delves
deeply
into
latest
research
progress
concerning
integration
treatments
its
role
types
therapy.
We

analyze
mechanisms,

Gemcitabine
(GEM),
a
nucleoside
analog
chemotherapy
agent,

been
widely
used
in
the
treatment
of
various
cancers.
In
recent
years,
there

interest

immunomodulatory
or
immunosuppressive
effects
GEM.
The
roles
GEM
could
influence
anti-tumor
immune
responses
via
several
mechanisms,
such
as
modulation
antigen
presentation,
cytokine
production,
and
cell
population.
Furthermore,

that
enhances
therapeutic
efficacy
immunotherapies,
including
oncolytic
viruses,
checkpoint
inhibitors,
CAR
T-cells,
vaccines.
On
other
hand,
accumulating

act
an
