Abstract
Objectives
Rheumatoid
arthritis
(RA)
is
an
inflammatory
and
autoimmune
disease.
Studies
over
the
past
two
decades
suggest
that
statins
have
a
beneficial
impact
on
complications
associated
with
RA.
These
include
RA
disease
activity
risk
for
cardiovascular
diseases
(CVD).

review
aims
to
discuss
efficacy
of
statin
therapy
in

Background:
Elevated
concentrations
of
serum
uric
acid
(SUA)
are
associated
with
several
conditions,

cardiovascular
disease.

study

to
estimate

impact
statin
therapy
on
SUA
levels
through
a
systematic
review
and
meta-analysis
clinical
trials.
Methods:
PubMed,
Embase,

Scopus

searched

eligible
intervention

statins
as
monotherapy
or
in

Traumatic
brain
injury
(TBI),
often
referred
to
as
the
"silent
epidemic",
is

cause
of
mortality
and
morbidity
worldwide
among
all
trauma-related
injuries.

in
therapeutic
approaches
have
been

treatments

Protein
phosphorylation
