Abstract Background Sheep milk is a nutritional and health-promoting food source for humans. The DEATH superfamily conserved protein family, some of its members are closely related to lactation. Systematic studies the important further understanding functions in mammary gland during lactation; however, there currently lacking. Results Herein, 74 were identified sheep, phylogenetic analyses indicated that four subfamilies strongly correlated evolution. Ka/Ks calculations demonstrated negative selection was primary pressure acting on members; immune-related gene IFI203 undergoing strong positive sheep. Furthermore, late pregnancy lactation period, these genes exhibited similar expression patterns under different conditions gland, positively patterns. Additionally, half or more upregulated which implied their crucial roles Conclusions current research contributes better evolutionary characteristics sheep lactation, it also provides potential target molecular breeding dairy Graphical

Cow's milk is the most widely used ingredient in infant formulas. However, its specific protein composition can cause allergic reactions. Finding alternatives to replace cow's and fill nutritional gap with human essential for health of infants. Proteomic peptidomic techniques have supported elucidation milk's ingredients. Recently, omics approaches attracted increasing interest investigation because their high throughput, precision, sensitivity, reproducibility. This review offers a significant overview recent developments proteomics peptidomics study differences human, cow, donkey milk. All three types milks were identified critical biological functions health, particularly Donkey proteins closer milk, less likely reactions, may be developed as novel raw materials formula powders.

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is a refractory disease affecting young adults, resulting in severe hip pain, collapse, and disabling dysfunction. By far, underlying mechanism its pathology unclear, still lack mature effective treatment. Exosomes, regulator cell-cell communication, their cargos may vary response to different physiological or pathological conditions. To date, many studies have demonstrated that exosomes potential become diagnostic marker therapeutic agent human diseases including ONFH. As cell-free agent, are becoming promising tool within this field due crucial role osteogenesis angiogenesis recent decades. Usually, from ONFH tissues could promote damage, while stem cells derived delay repair necrosis. Herein, we describe properties exosomes, discuss effect on pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment ONFH, examine involvement signaling pathways. We also propose our suggestions for future research hope provide strategy patients with

Medication use is highly prevalent in breastfeeding persons, posing potential risks for drug exposure to nursing infants. Transporters the lactating mammary gland carry pharmacological and toxicological significance, as they can mediate active transfer of drugs nutrients into breastmilk. In this narrative review, we searched compiled current knowledge on transport human from literature indexed PubMed (current 25 October 2024), clinical evidence demonstrating milk provided. vitro vivo models are outlined brief known transporters at blood-milk barrier their relevance concentrations described detail. Although data show that membrane multiple breast milk, our ability predict these limited. Improving understanding transporter biology pharmacology crucial developing which will support clinicians individuals making rational decisions balance benefits

Mammary lipid secretion is generally held to be unique and remarkably uniform between the many different orders of mammals. It produces a unit membrane-bounded milk fat globule (MFG). Abstract Background The comprehensive understanding of microRNAs (miRNAs) in sheep milk during various lactation periods and their impact on yield composition remains limited. Objectives This study aimed to investigate the expression patterns four highly expressed miRNAs association with parameters peak late stages. Methods A total 40 healthy 4‐year‐old Akkaraman ( n = 20) Awassi ewes registered Ministry Agriculture Forestry Republic Türkiye were used present study. For miRNA isolation from milk, Qiagen miRNeasy Serum/Plasma Advanced Kit was utilised following manufacturer's instructions. levels assessed using PCR Assays. Results significant fold changes oar‐miR‐30a‐5p, oar‐miR‐148a oar‐miR‐181a observed between breed. Conversely, only oar‐miR‐30a‐5p exhibited statistically breed same periods. Furthermore, oar‐miR‐21‐5p demonstrated a change exclusively compared ewes. Conclusions findings suggest that analysed is influenced by both stage different breeds. offers valuable insights into relationship key expressions lactation, contributing existing knowledge this field.
