COVID-19 has challenged the health workforce worldwide. In this cross-sectional study with a retrospective assessment, we explored impact of pandemic on mental and sleep among sample Italian nurses medical doctors. A total 287 healthcare workers (212 75 physicians) completed web survey socio-demographic, psychological, sleep-related aspects referring to period before present February June 2022. Comparisons between physicians revealed that former had greater distress in response pandemic. Consistently, multivariate analysis covariance showed even if both groups were negatively impacted by pandemic, presented worsening over time regarding several psychological symptoms. Furthermore, observed working frontline represented an additional risk factor for nurses. line previous evidence, also found personal experiences are significant predictors current status. To systematically review the prevalence of anxiety and depression among frontline healthcare workers during coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.Computers were used to search CNKI, VIP, WanFang Data, PubMed, other Chinese English databases. The period was limited December April 2022. Cross-sectional studies collected data on since onset COVID-19. STATA 15.1 software for meta-analysis included literature.A total 30 included, with a sample size 18,382 people. results showed that COVID-19 pandemic, 43.00%, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.36-0.50, 45.00%, CI 0.37-0.52. subgroup analysis in women, married individuals, those children, nurses relatively high. Introduction Flood as the most common kind of natural disasters has unpleased short, medium, and long-term consequences on victims’ welfare, relationships, physical mental health. One health disorders in these victims is Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The aim this study to investigate prevalence PTSD flood victims. Methods Data resources including PubMed, Scopus, Web Science, Science Direct, Embase, Google Scholar, conference congress papers, key journals, reference list selected articles well systematic reviews were searched identify studies that reported Random Effect Model was used perform meta-analysis studies. Cochran test I 2 indicator explore heterogeneity between Publication bias evaluated using Begg’test. analyzed by STATA (version 14) software. Results After a comprehensive search, 515 papers extracted. eliminating duplicates final screening, 23 entered phase after qualitative evaluation. results showed 29.48% (95% CI: 18.64–40.31, = 99.3%, p -value < 0.001). Conclusion present relatively high So, it necessary take preventive, supportive, therapeutic effective actions for them.
