In recent years, researchers have shown interest in using elastomers with high dielectric constant and good elasticity capacitive MEMS. This paper aims to investigate how the performance of sensors/actuators is affected by temperature-dependent behavior gap-filling Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). As a case study, model created, consisting proof mass two attached flexible microbeams parallel stationary electrode, under electrostatic actuation. The actuation directly proportional constant. To reduce resistance stiffness, bulk PDMS was assumed porosity, resulting nonlinear displacement-dependent Young’s modulus. system’s static dynamic responses were obtained solving governing equations Galerkin-based numerical procedures. Additionally, physically gradient-descent-based learning method used predict frequency response system. results that instead an air gap significantly reduces required voltage, although this difference less pronounced at higher temperatures. addition, inclusion alters resonance system also reducing temperature diminishes softening specific bias AC voltages.

Abstract Thermally conductive polymeric composites with low dielectric constant are highly promising for the packaging materials in field of modern communication. Therefore, synergistic improvement and high thermal conductivity has become a current research hotspot. In this work, we propose one‐step alkylation boron nitride nanosheet (BNNS) ultrasonic stratification using 1‐hexanol, then hot press films to make Alkyl‐BNNSs orient fluorinated polyimide (f‐PI). The resulting Alkyl‐BNNS/f‐PI composite successfully realizes property properties, exhibiting heat coefficient 2.36 Wm −1 K filler content 4.99 wt.%. Moreover, permittivity loss film as 1.76 0.0065 at 1 MHz, respectively. This work provides facile strategy breaking bottleneck making simultaneously conduction performance. Highlights exhibits heat‐conducting . Ultra‐low was achieved by modification film. Excellent breakdown resistance flexibility were endowed composites.
