herbaceous
plant
that
adaptable
to
cold
environments
and
has
both
edible
medicinal
value.
Given
no
reference
genome
for
this
species
available,
we
constructed
high-quality
transcript
isoform
library
using
full-length
transcriptome
sequencing
conducted
comparative
genomic
analysis.
Samples
were
obtained
from
plants
had
been
subjected
stress
12,
24
36
hours
(Cold_12,
Cold_24,
Cold_36,
respectively)
control
(Cold_0)
not
used
in
nontargeted
metabolome
analyses.
Compared
with
the
genes
expressed
CK
(Cold_0),
number

differentially
