The highly selective and sensitive determination of pesticide residues in food is critical for human health protection. Herein, the specific selectivity molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) was proposed to construct an electrochemical sensor detection carbendazim (CBD), one famous broad-spectrum fungicides, by combining with synergistic effect bioelectrocatalysis nanocomposites. Gold nanoparticle-reduced graphene oxide (AuNP-rGO) composites were electrodeposited on a polished glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Then MIP films electropolymerized surface nanolayer using CBD as template molecule o-phenylenediamine (OPD) monomer. sensitivity heterogeneous structure greatly amplified AuNP-rGO bioelectrochemical oxidation glucose, which catalyzed glucose oxidase (GOD) help mediator underlying solution. developed showed high selectivity, good reproducibility, excellent stability towards linear range from 2.0 × 10−9 7.0 10−5 M, limit (LOD) 0.68 nM (S/N = 3). expected system would provide new idea development simple sensors (MIESs).
