Previous research has examined the types of circumstances that lead students to request assessment adjustments such as extensions and acknowledged number requests for increased reached epidemic proportions. Abstract Background The university years are a critical period for young adults, as they more exposed to obesogenic behaviors and experience stressful situations that compromise their mental health. This study aims estimate the prevalence of anxiety depression symptoms evaluate association between combined occurrence among students. Methods A cross-sectional was conducted on students from public in Brazil during COVID-19 pandemic. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has caused tremendous disruptions in many college students' lives and increased rates of internalizing symptoms perceived stress, multi-year trends student mental health are still being uncovered. Moreover, very few longitudinal studies investigate changes psychosocial stressors identified by students their own words. The present study addressed these needs literature using self-report data collected from three cohorts (total N = 1,042) recruited across academic years (2020–2023). A mixed-methods approach was used to explore links between quantitative regarding (e.g. depression, anxiety, somatization) qualitative write-in challenges experienced during pandemic. Elevated lower-than-normative levels physical persisted all years, with anxiety somatization most elevated final year. Through data, a wide range challenges, including health, finances, remote learning, linked symptoms. Purpose This study examined university students’ participation in campus-based events (CBEs). Using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory, specifically assessed effect of motivation on emotional attachment and experiential value how these affect satisfaction subjective well-being students. Design/methodology/approach An online questionnaire programmed using Kobo toolbox was used to collect data from 840 CBE participants August 2023. AMOS Graphics version 23 establish measurement structural model be validated tested. Findings The found that organismic elements (emotional value) significantly mediated stimulus (motivation) response (satisfaction well-being). In all, six hypotheses tested were significant. Introduction Epidemiological data suggest substantial issues on the mental health of university students worldwide. Self-compassion is associated with lower rates psychological distress and better positive health. Thus, we have developed a app-based intervention based self-compassion principles targeting prevention promotion in college students.
