MSMEs can strengthen Indonesia's prosperity, by creating added value and strengthening strategic economic sectors. Training for women business owners' skills needs to be supported external factors that also significantly contribute the development of strategies. Business leaders, especially play an essential role in bringing their businesses towards desired goals. Leading multidisciplinary teams requires not only strong leadership skills, but also a supportive organizational environment. This study examines the key characteristics necessary for adaptive and identifies main factors that facilitate its development. A systematic literature review, following PRISMA-P protocol, was conducted, analyzing 33 studies on traits of leaders relevant factors. Based these findings, we propose conceptual framework representing feedback cycle process within organizations present three propositions associated with this model. The results indicate primary include flexibility, empathy, innovation, long-term vision. Conversely, possess can either or hinder development leadership, such as culture, structure, innovation history, strategy. findings emphasize orchestrating during times crisis is especially challenging, requiring additional competencies in resilience adaptability. contributes to by identifying essential capabilities discussing considerations practitioners seeking transition from traditional leadership.

The Region V Public Health Training Center implemented an inaugural Leadership Institute (RVPHLI) from January to June 2023. This paper outlines a formative evaluation of the program qualitatively assess its potential outcomes and influence on participants' leadership capacity. Thirty-eight public health primary care professionals participated in 40 hours online learning activities focused adaptive themes. We conducted ripple effect mapping (REM) exercises focus group discussions with 32 participants. REM analysis using Community Capitals Framework suggested benefits cultural, social, human capital. following themes emerged as takeaways groups: leaders collaborators, new approaches work leadership, better understanding individual qualities skills, current challenges, validated existing definitions leadership. showed participants gaining confidence skills. They identified beneficiaries beyond themselves shared challenges resources. Findings will shape future RVPHLI iterations potentially enhance development other programs both sectors.
