Politik istikrar ortamı, toplumu yönetmek adına karar alma gücünde değişimin olmadığı bir ortamdır. Ekonomik politika belirsizliği, hükümetin ve ekonomi yönetiminin gelecekteki adımlarının belirsiz olduğu durumu ifade eder, bu da iş dünyası tüketiciler için planlama süreçlerini zorlaştırabilir. ekonomik belirsizliği altında kamu kesiminin büyüklüğü içindeki payı değişebildiği gibi harcamalarının içeriği farklılaşabilir. Kamu kaynaklarının hangi harcama kalemlerine tahsis edileceğine verilmesi belirsizlik ortamında zor olabilir. Bu çalışmada 2000-2021 dönemi Türkiye’de politik istikrar, büyümenin askeri harcamalar üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmaktadır. Çalışmada, değişkenler arasındaki eşbütünleşme ilişkisini belirlemek amacıyla öncelikle Johansen testi uygulanmıştır. Ardından, uzun dönem katsayı tahminlerini elde etmek DOLS, FMOLS CCR yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlara göre, büyüme harcamaları artırırken, azaltmaktadır. Ancak ile arasında anlamlı ilişki tespit edilememiştir. durum, istikrarın üzerinde doğrudan etkisinin olmadığını göstermektedir. Global climate change triggered by the escalating carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions resulting from heightened economic expansion and consumption of energy represents foremost environmental concern in contemporary global context. China is accountable for nearly 27% total CO2 emissions, making it largest emitter worldwide. This study explores consequences outgrowth, fossil fuel, renewable utilization on China's CO2. The utilized an autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model to analyze annual data 1965 2022. ARDL bounds test results indicate presence long-term cointegration among variables. empirical specify that a 1% growth fuels economy leads 4.97% 0.58% emissions. In short term, these increases amount 2.42% 1.21%, respectively. Conversely, enhancement could result reduction 1.39%, whereas would be 0.50%. proposes policy suggestions attainment sustainable development neutrality.

Abstract This study explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on sustainable development across 51 countries during urbanization. Using panel data, examines AI's effects through three dimensions: R&D innovation, infrastructure, and market advantage. The results demonstrate that AI promotes development, with innovation exerting strongest influence, followed by whereas advantage has smallest impact. Additionally, uncovers regional heterogeneity in impacts. In upper middle levels (60%–70% quantiles), promoting effect is strongest. Moreover, urbanization plays a threshold role relationship between development. When below threshold, infrastructure promote inhibit it. Conversely, when exceeds this inhibits becomes insignificant, begin to recommends governments should consider level crafting policies utilizing AI.

The goal of this study is to explore the stochastic impacts population, GDP, renewable energy, fossil fuels, energy intensity, and service sector on environmental pollution through regression analysis.
