In recent years, sustainability initiatives and the prominence of renewables have emerged as pivotal priorities in addressing environmental, ecological, socioeconomic challenges. Within this context, green certificates—representing proof electricity generation from renewable sources—have gained substantial recognition, enabling organizations to demonstrate their commitment clean energy. This study employs a bibliometric analysis chart evolution current state certificates research. Drawing Scopus database, we sourced bibliographic data, resulting refined dataset 940 documents spanning 2000 2022. Through performance analysis, systematically evaluated landscape research, assessing publication trends, identifying influential works, spotlighting prolific authors, highlighting leading academic institutions, mapping regional research hotspots, pinpointing top publishing journals domain. Employing science techniques—such co-authorship networks, keyword co-occurrence coupling—we delineated collaborative patterns conceptual intellectual structure field. was further augmented by content revealing four salient themes, emphasizing consistent central focus on support mechanisms policies for energy sources, sustainable technologies market dynamics, technological innovations certificate trading, sources investment strategies. Building these findings, paper concludes outlining practical implications prospective avenues. These encompass detailed understanding mechanisms, role disclosure enhancing transparency, transformative potential emergent technologies, such artificial intelligence blockchain, trading landscape. The essence of the evolution green innovation ecosystem is process by which positive strategy spreads in a complex network. In this study, "Object-Technology-Environment-Management-Culture (OETMC)" structure paradigm ecosystems presented, and causal analysis framework based on behavior strategy, supported efficiency focused developed. Over the past decades, there has been a rapid adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) and gradual reduction in number Gas Stations, aligning with carbon neutrality objectives. Major oil companies, like Shell, are transferring Stations to Charging supported by UK government incentives stimulate charging infrastructure. This paper systematically investigates three key stakeholders: government, investors, end-users, examining their interactions transition stations, evaluating economic intrinsic competition relationships. Integrating complex networks, it spatially represents relative positions stations designates as potential future locations for Stations. Meanwhile, this comprehensively analyses various policies targeting market, applies dual market analysis compare simple structures among policy scenarios, emphasising necessity applying interactive markets industrial evaluation. The findings reveal that direct exert immediate positive effects, while indirect consumers demonstrate marginal diminishing effects. Furthermore, subsidies on EV prices less effective compared other policies, construction subsidies, operation etc., highlighting need targeted designs, maximise expansion efficacy EVs
