With the rapid growth of energy demand and increasing severity environmental pollution, low-carbon clean have become mainstream direction development. An integrated system (IES) is one effective ways to reduce pollution improve efficiency. Based on this, this paper proposes a coupled model that considers two-stage power-to-gas (P2G) carbon capture (CCS) extends it IES, including electricity, heat, gas. Then, optimization scheduling for IES based Stackelberg game established. In model, operator regarded as leader, user coalition follower. The leader optimizes selling price equipment outputs with goal maximizing profit, while follower consumption strategy minimizing purchased cost. genetic algorithm CPLEX solver are combined solve eight scenarios analyzed. results indicate proposed can fully tap potential response. addition, introduction P2G makes wind power absorption rate reach 99.31%, CO2 captured by CCS could be used synthesize natural gas, reducing emission.

Under the background of “ carbon peak and neutrality”, interconnection multiple regional integrated energy systems has become an important way to coordinate sources save reduce emissions. This paper proposes a low-carbon economic dispatch model for multi-regional considering joint demand response mechanism; first, concept are proposed, on this basis, conversion between forms in system is studied; secondly, green certificate trading mechanisms introduced, combined through emission reduction finally, proposed with goal minimizing sum purchase cost, cost compensation cost. The example results show that introduction mechanism certificate-carbon reduces total emissions by 14.03% 26.04% respectively.
