The overuse of conventional fuels (coal, petroleum products, and gas) for energy generation causes natural resource depletion global warming. Therefore, the utilization Renewable Energy Sources (RES) in power systems is seeing rapid growth on a level, particularly offshore locations. This work aims to review progress developing hybrid RES environments optimization methods used using solar, wind, wave systems. papers published peer-reviewed journals were collected from 2000 2023. A total 143 articles obtained analyzed. results demonstrated rising trend annual publications about use electricity since 2007. solar-wind wind-wave have received lot attention due technical advancements already developed wind system. Machine learning techniques, such as genetic algorithms (GA) particle swarm (PSO), been extensively utilized field renewable tasks optimizing unit sizes, determining appropriate placements, minimizing costs, maximizing output. are preferred their less complex structure. However, practical application, true cost estimation installation maintenance studies at locations poorly developed. Also, solar-wave solar-wind-wave need further investigations optimal mixing feasibility stage. current first its kind, focusing only.

This paper aims to broaden the concept of Net Zero Energy Building (NZEB), assessing its suitability emerging grid-based energy sharing models. The exchange between two buildings with shifted load schedules, namely, a new residential NZEB (prosumer) and an existing school building (consumer), is analysed investigate dynamics. are in Southern Italy, region high solar radiation. model calibrated on measured data study performed by dynamic simulation. Three scenarios based design photovoltaic system installed roof have been investigated, i.e., PV peak power designed: satisfy target annual basis; monthly fully exploit available area NZEB. Considering net balances, oversizing leads compensation share non-renewable consumption. However, self-consumption analysis hourly basis shows that increasing size negatively affects rate renewable community, presence only mitigates this effect.

In the present study, we investigated a multiple energy generation system based on use of solar, wind and ocean thermal for study area with high renewable potential. this all existing capacities in coastal areas (wind, sun, temperature difference) are used to design system. The consists subsystems including organic Rankin cycle (ORC), turbine, thermoelectric, heat exchanger flat panel solar collector. EES thermodynamic software has been model obtain results. designed city Bushehr, which good energy, radiation potential, studied. most important effective practical parameters proposed collector area, radiation, turbine speed. results investigation Bushehr City showed that production power is 4,840,913.8 1,138,957.02 kWh compared climate changes. Also, amount freshwater produced by 103,495.99 429,080.51 m3/h Finally, order optimize system, response level multi-objective optimization method find best set objective functions decision variables. two included exergy efficiency whole cost rate. optimal value was 13.25% rate 72.17 $/hour.
