This paper presents a Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL)-based optimization approach for determining the optimal inspection and maintenance planning of scrap-based steel production line. The DRL-based recommends adequate time inspections activities based on monitoring conditions line, such as machine productivity, buffer level, demand. Some practical aspects system, uncertainty duration variable rate machines, were considered. Notwithstanding the accretive volume of research on sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) across multiple industrial segments, limited studies have shown concrete empirical evidence SSCM performance evaluation (SSCMPE) steel manufacturing organizations in context emerging economies such as India. This attempts to evaluate four leading India-based organizations. To this end, eight critical criteria were extracted from literature and later verified by experts. Data collected developing a questionnaire conducting interviews with selected industry personnel. Next, employed an integrated multicriteria decision making (MCDM) approach, which objective weights determined using entropy method, case prioritized complex proportional assessment (COPRAS) method. This research aims to identify, categorize, and prioritize the barriers hindering implementation of circular economy (CE) within food supply chains. The policy guidance and financial support for industrial development from public finance provide an important guarantee practicing green circular of agriculture. By sorting out the context fiscal agriculture in Henan province different historical stages, this paper analyzes status agricultural economy province. Relying on data envelopment analysis (DEA), it measures efficiency 2013–2019 using Charnes, Cooper, Rhodes (CCR) model, Banker, Cooper (BCC) super-efficiency DEA models empirically effect expenditure supporting fixed model. According to results, (1) comprehensive Province was mainly supported by government’s funds such a degree that proportion central government exceeded 40% throughout year. Particular stress laid land governance projects (2) overall level low, there were considerable gaps between cities (counties). Under only Hebi City, which ranked first terms average efficiency, achieved relative efficiency. (3) had positive incentive province, became more significant after time controlled. Waste management is now a major global concern. Therefore, the circular economy (CE) and sustainable technology have become necessary means of achieving business development. In this study, we conduct an analysis waste recovery sector in Spain to determine whether most innovative socially aware companies complied with development goal (SDG) 5 (gender equality) SDG 8 (decent work growth) during period 2019–2021 (pre-Coronavirus Disease 2019, (pre-COVID-19), COVID-19, post-COVID-19). To end, based on factors comprising economic financial variables, were grouped via cluster using k-means method; they linked SDGs (5 8) order compliance sector. The results indicate that technological transformations carried out by valorization reflected their performance, increase revenues 61% between 2019 2021; all clusters 8.
