Promoting environmental sustainability has become a global imperative in our collective efforts to combat climate change. Consequently, there is an urgent need explore effective strategies for achieving sustainability. In this context, we investigate the nexus between sustainable tourism, renewable energy, technological innovation, and quality. Our study utilizes panel data from Belt Road Initiative (BRI) countries, covering period 1995 2020, categorizes sample into distinct income clusters. Employing rigorous empirical methods such as quantile autoregressive distributed lag (QARDL), unit root tests, ordinary least squares (OLS), Wald test, uncover significant insights. Notably, findings reveal that tourism innovation exhibit robust negative long-run associations with greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across all economic groups. Furthermore, energy demonstrates significantly relationship GHG low-income economies (specifically, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.2% at 50th, 70th, 90th quantiles, respectively). The comprehensive analysis, encompassing entire sample, underscores link both short-run. Additionally, test results validate dynamic integration parameter consistency over time. light of these findings, advocate stakeholders BRI embrace environmentally conscious growth innovative technologies achieve lasting

Carbon mitigation and net-zero targets have an important place on the political agenda for all countries. Countries been seeking to decouple economic growth carbon emissions achieve decarbonization. However, there is a cost of decarbonization economies, which can be called as Green Sacrifice Ratio (GSR), this critical developing countries because they in growing stage. By considering role GSR achieving by decarbonizing study comparatively examines how much environmental quality should sacrificed per capita China India. In line with purpose, uses Fourier-Shin cointegration test various time series estimators Fourier approximations period from 1989/Q1 2022/Q4. Estimation results are follows: (i) variables follow non-stationary process, (ii) long-run relationship exists between variables, (iii) show that 0.65% 0.78% Therefore, India sacrifice significant amount 1% increase income level. Also, ecological increasing welfare higher regard China. Besides, robust according alternative method. Thus, recommends both Chinese Indian policymakers revise expansion structure green strategies prevent irreversible degradation due growth.

Natural resource management is indispensable keeping in view their positive economic impacts as well detrimental environmental consequences. To achieve certain SDGs, it inevitable to manage natural resources through effective policies that help inhibit adverse impacts. Based on this approach, the current empirical analysis aims probe whether policy stringency intensifies, meagres, and/or halts abysmal impact of G-7 countries (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Italy, France, Japan, and Germany) for period from 1990 2020. end, we rely second-generation panel data approaches quantile regression. The outcomes reveal increase carbon dioxide emission whereas synergy plunges emissions across quantiles. These findings suggest adoption a strict attaining targets SGD-08 (economic growth), SDG-09 (innovations), SDG-11 (sustainable cities), SDG-12 (responsible consumption resources), SDG-13 (climate action).

Abstract River basin cities are areas with remarkable conflicts between the human activity and ecological environment. They also important targets for policy implementation of sustainable high-quality development (HD) in various countries around world. This article exploits panel data 99 located Yellow Basin (YRB) from 2006 to 2019 empirically analyze spatial effect financial growth on HD. Spatial weights participated econometric models utilized this effect. Empirical results reveal that: (1) HD YRB shows a strong positive autocorrelation. (2) Financial exerts an N-shaped curve long-term perspective. When influence spills out surroundings, it exhibits inverted U-shaped characteristic. (3) Green innovation can be intermediary factor (4) The appears stronger regions higher economic levels, where effects transmitted surrounding regions. However, backward low-economy prevents spillover effects. study instrumental formulate policies that aim promote river cities.
