With the escalating issues of resource waste and environmental pollution, effective recycling cardboard boxes within logistics sector has emerged as a crucial factor in advancing sustainable development. This study employs extended theory planned behavior (ETPB) to devise questionnaire gather data from 700 respondents China, aiming analyze influential factors that impact consumers’ engagement mechanisms provided by express delivery companies. Utilizing principal component analysis, five co-factors influence willingness recycle are identified. Purpose This research aims to explore how policymakers manage the information and communication of green behavior on social platforms support their growth in corporate responsibility (CSR). Promoting high-quality development of logistics industry (LHQD) becomes imperative to decrease costs in real economy and intensify endogenous power economic development. Digital technology, acting as an engine for industrial development, propels the rapid integration of data elements and swift iteration digital logistics significantly enhancing logistic resilience.
