This paper explores the impact of three kinds heterogeneity executive team on enterprise's total factor productivity and mechanism productivity, with Shanghai Shenzhen A-share listed companies in China as research samples period 2010-2022. The final results study found that (1) professional background team, overseas experience, financial military contribute to increase enterprise. (2) Improving flexibility enterprise, improving quality internal control development innovation enterprise are effective paths for rise level productivity.

The global urban expansion, with over half the population in areas, presents interconnected challenges such as pollution, poverty, inequality, ageing infrastructure, resource overconsumption, land use changes, biodiversity impact climate change. Addressing these demands ambitious actions targeting political, social economic systems for transformative theoretical framework guiding city transformation centres on an interdisciplinary approach influenced by Smart Green Transition. ‘15-minute city’ concept, emphasizing human scale experience, proposes that cities enable residents to meet daily needs within a short walk or bike ride. aim of this study was exploration its implementation Greek cities, particularly Thessaloniki, which reveals inherent characteristics supporting 15-minute concept. The digital economy has the potential to facilitate digitization and green transformation within transportation sector, but further research is warranted on how it can enhance sector's total factor productivity (GTFP). Utilizing provincial data from China spanning 2013 2021, this study investigates impact of GTFP. findings are as follows: (1) sector exhibits a U-shaped relationship between inflection point curve at 0.441, with 81.11% samples falling left point. It primarily through technological progress innovation, rather than changes in efficiency, that influences improvement (2) heterogeneity varies depending mode content transportation. more pronounced regions lower traffic volume highways railways or higher waterways. The Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB), a crucial transportation corridor spanning China’s east and west linking coastal inland regions, is not only pivotal in the nation’s strategic development but also drives regional economic social progress through its industry. Despite rapid growth, industry faces challenges such as low efficiency, resource supply–demand imbalances, environmental issues. To advance green sustainable progress, this study establishes efficiency evaluation system. Using principal component analysis (PCA) to refine input data, undesirable super-SBM model quantitatively assesses (GTE) YREB provinces cities, revealing disparities. explores spatial correlations distribution characteristics of GTE. Results indicate that ① YREB’s GTE shows U-shaped trend, with significant differences between upper, middle, lower reaches, being stronger weaker (lower > middle upper reaches); ② exhibits correlation clear clustering; ③ cold hot spots reaches are relatively stable, upstream areas generally or sub-cold, mainly downstream.

To mitigate the problem of global climate change, governments have taken measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Carbon emission trading has gradually attracted attention as a market-oriented option. Power industry panel data from 30 provinces in China were used for an empirical analysis this study. The super-efficiency Slack-Based Measure (SBM) model was calculate shadow price carbon and green total factor productivity (GTFP), Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression quantitatively analyze correlation between GTFP power industry. results showed that had significantly negative impact on industry; therefore, it needs be improved perfected. Through further using heterogeneity test, found there problems current mechanism. In face above problems, we offer suggestions improvement perspectives government companies. This study helps deepen understanding prices industry, provides reference formulating more effective policies corporate management strategies.
