Background:
Compared
with
traditional
power
generation
systems,
wind
turbines
have
more
units
and
work
in
a
harsh
environment,
thus
relatively
high
failure
rate.
Among
blade
faults,
the
faults
of
high-strength
bolts
are
often
difficult
to
detect
need
be
analyzed

equipment.

Methods:

complete
ensemble
empirical
mode
decomposition
(ICEEMD)

fault
features
from
time
series
data,

vector
machine

(SSA-SVM)
diagnose

Fatigue
resistance
of
steel
containing
non-metallic
inclusions
(NMIs)
varies
widely,
depending
on
many
criteria;
therefore,
finding
the
most
compromised
types
NMIs
is
a
sober
objective
that
may
significantly
reduce
severe
damage
and
premature
failure
in
applications,
such
as
bearings,
gears,
transmission
shafts,
etc.The
multiple
criteria
decision-making
methodologies
have
been
used
this
study
to
assess
more
effective
NMI
using
analytical
hierarchy
process
by
expert
choice
software.The
five
common
selected
are
oxides,
sulfides,
carbides,
silicates,
nitrides,
based
different
criteria:
size,
shape,
distribution,
mechanical
properties,
quantity.The
results
showed
oxide
optimum
type
relative
other
four
options
regarding
fatigue
about
35%,
probably
due
their
spherical
shape
small
size.The
dominant
criterion
which

34.6%
among
criteria.It
