consumption
remains
a
challenging
task
due
to
the
large
number

statistical

contributes

by
using
comparing
four
advanced
econometrics
models,
machine
learning

forecast

COVID-19
pre-lockdown,

post-lockdown
phases.

Qatar's
total

from

2010

2021.
