With the development of technology, need for software and products to manage, control, develop activities in many sectors is increasing daily. In order create suitable that will meet needs businesses customers, application must be tested detail before reaching end user. For this reason, testing processes are gaining importance activities. This article discusses which errors critical solve complex situations reliability quality product relationship between errors. study, classical FMEA method was primarily used identify prioritize an ongoing project a company provides services defense industry. Later, eliminate shortcomings method, new model, weighted (which calculates risk priority score with five sub-severity components), developed applied. newly weights were determined by fuzzy SWARA (Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis) since severity subcomponents not same. The number (RPN) error types calculated using FMEA. Since RPNs more subcomponents, chances RPNs’ appearing same much less than situation indicates obtained from profound analysis.
