The dynamic and volatile nature of fashion supply chains has drawn increasing attention from academia the corporate sector. Fashion products, characterized by short lifecycles, impulse buying an unpredictable demand, necessitate that chain (FSC) partners rapidly offer on-trend products to capture real-time demand in shortest time window. To achieve this, FSC must embrace technological innovations, collaborate, establish partnering relations, share information. Failure do so will result obsolete inventory financial markdowns. This study focuses on identifying risk categories FSC, such as Social, Environmental, Economic, Operational, Reputational, Market, Product, Disruption, Complexity, Workforce, along with relevant mitigation strategies. Non-traditional security (NTS) threats have a vast and profound impact on many aspects of economic, political, social, other areas, especially supply chain finance (SCF), particularly in countries like Vietnam, which potentially affects the economic efficiency businesses' financial , thereby affecting general economy country world. In order to prevent minimize negative impacts caused by NTS SCF, this study was conducted identify SCF at same time calculate weight level find out cause effect relationship between them. Solution strategies are also proposed ranked, serving as reference basis for relevant parties choose appropriate response solutions. Due multi-criteria nature threats, multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) method is used combination with Z-number concept Fuzzy set theory approach problem certainty increase accuracy study. The first identified through literature review then validated suitability using DELPHI technique (DELPHI). Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the roles potential absorptive capacity (PACAP) and realized (RACAP) in driving different types innovation practices, including process, product, marketing organizational with supply chain (SC).
