Objective: This study aimed to assess the pull-out bonding resistance of FiberSite and RelyX Fiber posts constructed from core structures using various resin cement.Materials Methods: Sixty mandibular premolar teeth were horizontally sectioned create a root canal length 15±1 mm.Up size #40, samples prepared obturated with gutta-percha sealer.Three groups specimens (n=20) formed.FiberSite luted built-up Clearfil DC Core Plus in Group 1, 2, Posts Filtek Bulk Fill Posterior 3. Abstract A modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) system in pallets was developed for ‘Padrón’ peppers as a way to extend their shelf-life while maintaining good fruit quality. Peppers were stored at 6 °C cardboard boxes arranged on wrapped micro-perforated low-density polyethylene (LDPE) bags. Physico-chemical (moisture, firmness, color, chlorophylls, carotenoids, ascorbic acid, and total phenolic content) sensory analysis carried out after 0, 7, 14, 21 days of storage. An initial mixture 11.8% O 2 –8.5% CO prevented anaerobic conditions kept suitable levels throughout the entire storage period. Silica gel tested moisture absorbent considerably reduced water vapor condensation inside The MAP maintained until end 21-day always showed appearance color. No rotting or other types undesirable alterations observed. markedly fraction with loss evidenced by minimum percentage wrinkles (12.5%) compared unpackaged samples (75%). Abstract Muscadine grapes ( Vitis rotundifolia Michx.) are delicate in nature with short shelf life. Postharvest technologies like modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) reduced oxygen (O 2 ) and elevated carbon dioxide (CO could increase the postharvest storage life better quality. In current experiment, physical biochemical quality attributes of black bronze cultivars muscadine ('Supreme' 'Granny Val', respectively) were evaluated active MAP. Fruit packed plastic trays, sealed impermeable film, CO was introduced into package. The MAP created by a rigid microperforated patch coated proprietary semipermeable resin, which applied over hole tray; packages same size without control. stored at 4°C for 42 days (6 weeks). resulted significantly lower decay incidence retention fruit firmness up to 28 both as well reducing color changes 'Supreme' fruit. Although did not affect grapes, total antioxidants increased initially then decreased during storage, irrespective treatments. A significant linear phenolic content also found regardless treatments applied. Overall, results study demonstrate that can be an affective technology duration muscadines quality, affecting attributes.

This study evaluates the combined effects of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) on quality cluster-type tomato cultivars. Here, we analyze physiological biochemical alterations that affect fruit characteristics during cold storage, including knuckle detachment force, ethylene production rate, cell wall-degrading enzymatic activity. The optimum concentration 1-MCP fumigation treatment to regulate ripening after harvest was 1 μL·L-1. During storage at 10°C, 'Amoroso' cultivar performed better than those 'Campari' 'Aranca' cultivars in terms production, soluble solids content (SSC), pericarp tissue firmness. combination with MAP reduced SSC level retained firmness force storage. The packaging nets used for bell peppers act as a form of protection. However, the manufacturing is based on polymers that cause serious environmental problems. effects made biodegradable materials, such poly(lactic) acid (PLA), poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT), and cactus stem residues, were evaluated four different colors 'California Wonder' stored over 25-day storage period under controlled ambient temperature conditions. Compared to commercial polyethylene nets, kept in did not show notable differences with respect color, weight loss, total soluble solids, titratable acidity. there significant (p < 0.05) terms phenol content, carotenoids (orange peppers), anthocyanins, vitamin C, an overall tendency higher content those PLA 60%/PBTA 40%/cactus flour 3% compared packaging. In addition, same net notably reduced development bacteria, fungi, yeasts during red, orange, yellow peppers. As postharvest peppers, this could be considered viable option product.

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, Bellisa RZ F1 (35-508) kapya biber (Capsicum annuum) çeşidinde kapsaisin uygulamalarının depolama boyunca meyve kalitesi üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Materyal ve Yöntem: Optimum aşamada derilen meyveleri hemen laboratuvara nakledilmiştir. Çeşit özelliklerini yansıtan üniform kaliteli biberler seçilerek ön soğutmaya tabi tutulmuştur. Ön soğutmadan sonra meyveler uygulamalar için 4 gruba ayrılmıştır. Biberler 0.1, 0.5 1 µL L-1 içeren çözeltiye saf suya (kontrol) dk süre ile daldırılmıştır. Daldırma işleminden tüm fazla suyun uzaklaştırılması 30 dakika 12 ±1 ºC sıcaklıkta bekletilmiş modifiye atmosfer poşetlerine yerleştirilmiştir. Uygulama yapılan 8±1 °C % 90±5 oransal nemde 6 hafta her 7 günün sonunda artı 2 gün oda koşullarında (20±1 60±5 nem) depolanmıştır. Biberlerde ağırlık kaybı, sertliği, suda çözünebilir kuru madde, titre edilebilir asitlik, solunum hızı, poşet içi gaz bilesimi, kabuk rengi duyusal kalite özelliği soğukta raf ömrü süresince belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları: Kapsaisin genel olarak biberlerde kaybı hızını azaltmada sertliğini, asitlik kaliteyi korumada kontrol grubuna göre daha etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Titre hariç belirtilen özellikleri bakımından en iyi sonuç 0.1 uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. Sonuç: uygun doz seçildiğinde benzeri ürünlerin depolanması sırasında kayıplarının geciktirilmesinde ümitvar olabileceği uygulanmış çeşidinin, MAP içerisinde koşullarda 28 depolanabileceği
