Abstract
Muscadine
grapes
(
Vitis
rotundifolia
Michx.)
are
delicate
in
nature
with
short
shelf
life.
Postharvest
technologies
like
modified
atmosphere
packaging
(MAP)
reduced
oxygen
(O
2
)
and
elevated
carbon
dioxide
(CO
could
increase
the
postharvest
storage
life
better
quality.
In
current
experiment,
physical
biochemical
quality
attributes
of
black
bronze
cultivars
muscadine
('Supreme'
'Granny
Val',
respectively)
were
evaluated
active
MAP.
Fruit
packed
plastic
trays,
sealed
impermeable
film,
CO
was
introduced
into
package.

MAP

combined
effects

1-methylcyclopropene
(1-MCP)

modified

quality
cluster-type
tomato
cultivars.
