Abstract Australian wild limes occur in highly diverse range of environments and are a unique genetic resource within the genus Citrus. Here we compare haplotype-resolved genome assemblies six native limes, including four new generated using PacBio HiFi Hi-C sequencing data. The size genomes was between 315 391 Mb with contig N50s from 29.5 to 35 Mb. Gene completeness estimated be 98.4–99.3% annotations 97.7–98.9% based upon BUSCO, confirming high contiguity assembled genomes. Background: Citrus paradisi Mac. cv. Cocktail is globally valued for its abundant nutrients and bioactive compounds, particularly in tropical subtropical regions. A novel albino phenotype mutant of C. (designated WT) was identified Quzhou subsequently named mosaic (MT). To distinguish from conventional grapefruit cultivars to elucidate genomic differences between WT MT, this study conducted a comprehensive comparison their chloroplast genomes with those previously reported species. Methods: The complete MT were assembled through Illumina PE150 sequencing, enabling detailed comparative evolutionary studies. Results: results revealed that both exhibit conserved quadripartite structure. Each genome measures 160,186 base pairs length, uniform GC content 38.5%. Annotation 138 genes (91 protein-coding, 10 rRNA, 37 tRNA), 82 repeats, A/U-biased codons. Genome boundaries showed identical but divergent other Citrus. 52 protein-coding comparable selection pressures MT. Phylogenetically, are closely related distinguished all the traditional grapefruits. Conclusions: unrelated variations. Chloroplast genomics supports Cocktail’s differentiation This expands resources establishes theoretical framework future research on varieties.

Citrus is widely consumed across the world as a fruit crop. Despite many citrus species being extensively studied around world, phylogenetic relationships among Australian native remain unresolved. Here we present six species, two domesticated cultivars of commercial importance in Australia, and another 13 accessions cultivated internationally based on complete, de novo assembled chloroplast genomes 86 single copy nuclear genes. Justicia L. is the largest genus in Acanthaceae Juss. and widely distributed tropical subtropical regions of world. Previous phylogenetic studies have proposed a general framework for based on several molecular markers. However, their were mainly focused resolution issues Africa, Australia South America due to limited sampling from Asia. Additionally, although plants are high medical ornamental values, little research its genetics was reported. Therefore, improve understanding genomic structure relationships among Asian plants, we sequenced complete chloroplast (cp.) genomes 12 combined with previously published cp. genome leptostachya Hemsl. further comparative genomics analyses. All exhibit typical quadripartite without rearrangement gene loss. Their sizes range 148,374 151,739 bp, including large single copy (LSC, 81,434-83,676 bp), small (SSC, 16,833-17,507 bp) two inverted repeats (IR, 24,947-25,549 bp). GC contents 38.1 38.4%. Abstract Pakistan’s economy greatly benefits from citrus production since these fruits are sold and consumed all over the world. Although easy to cultivate, they susceptible diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi. These challenges, as well difficulties in obtaining proper nutrients, might negatively impact fruit yields quality. Citrus canker is another complicated problem germ Xanthomonas axonopodis . This affects many types of study looked closely at how leaves quality places like Sargodha, Bhalwal, Kotmomin, Silanwali, which big areas for growing Sargodha district. What we found was that plants without disease had more chlorophyll their compared sick plants. Also, healthy better amounts important minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus fruits. But with too much sodium, iron levels were a bit different. The also didn’t have something protects them called antioxidants, made likely get sick. helps us understand fruit, so can think ways deal it.

Saussurea plants are widely distributed in Asia and Europe; however, their complex phylogenetic relationships have led to many difficulties studies interspecific identification. In this study, we assembled, annotated, analyzed the chloroplast genomes of three plants: katochaete, superba, stella. The results showed that full-length sequences were 152,561 bp, 151,452 152,293 respectively, which represent typical quadripartite structure, relatively conserved. gene annotation S. stella annotated with 128, 124, 127 unique genes, included 83, 80, 83 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 37, 36, 36 tRNA 8 rRNA genes. Moreover, 46, 45, 43 SSR loci, nine highly variable regions (rpl32-trnL-UAG, rpl32, ndhF-rpl32, ycf1, trnC-GCA-petN, trnC-GCA, rpcL, psbE-petL, rpl16-trnG-UUG) identified could be used as potential molecular markers for population identification study plants. Phylogenetic analyses strongly support sisterhood katochaete superba stella, all clustered depsagensis, inversa, medusa, gossipihora, gossipiphora is most closely related. Additionally, indicate a high frequency differentiation among different species plants, or genera morphologically very from each other, may related certain genetic material chloroplasts. This provides an important reference evolution phylogenetics.
