Rhizosphere microbes are important for plant tolerance to various soil stresses. Rice is the most aluminum (Al)-tolerant small grain cereal crop species, but link between rice Al and rhizosphere microbiota remains unclear. This study aimed investigate microbial community structure of aluminum-sensitive Al-tolerant varieties in acid sulfate under liming non-liming conditions. We analyzed biomass mineral element contents plants as well chemical properties (archaea, bacteria, fungi) communities bulk samples. Soil microorganisms play vital roles in energy flow and soil nutrient cycling and, thus, are important for crop production. A detailed understanding of the complex responses microbial communities to diverse organic manure chemical fertilizers (CFs) is crucial agroecosystem sustainability. However, little known about response fungal nutrients CFs, especially under double-rice cropping systems. In this study, we investigated effects application combined CFs various fertilization strategies, such as no N fertilizer (Neg-CF); 100% (Pos-CF); 60% cattle (CM) + 40% CF (high-CM); 30% CM 70% (low-CM); poultry (PM) (high-PM), PM (low-PM) on communities' structure diversity, environmental variables, rice yield. Results showed that synthetic plus addition significantly increased fertility grain yield compared sole CFs' application. Moreover, changed community relative abundance fungi phyla Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Mortierellomycota, Rozellomycota. The abundances dramatically differed at each taxonomic level, between manured non-manured regimes. Principal coordinates analysis (PCoA) exhibited greater impacts amendments than distributions. Redundancy dominant were positively correlated with pH, C (SOC), total N, biomass C, was strongly affected by SOC. The continuous application of chemical fertilizers in vegetable cropping has led to deterioration the soil environment and reduced yield quality. objective this study was evaluate effect combining bio-organic on cauliflower yield, biochemical properties, bacterial community. Six treatments were established: no fertilizer (CK, control), (CF, conventional dosage for region), balanced fertilization (BF, 30% reduction fertilizers), plus 3,000, 6,000, or 12,000 kg.ha –1 (Lvneng Ruiqi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Gansu, China) (BF + OF1, BF OF2, OF3, respectively). A two-season field experiment with conducted under different irrigation districts along Yellow River, Northwest China. results indicate that organic matter, total potassium content, enzyme activity generally higher than those CF treatment. Compared treatment, treatment increased matter relative abundance. Moreover, alpha-diversity fertilization. predominant phyla, including Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Gemmatimonadetes, Chloroflexi, main contributors microbiome shift, as demonstrated by their remarkable enrichment OF2 OF3 treatments. Conventional farming systems are highly reliant on chemical fertilizers (CFs), which adversely affect soil quality, crop production and the environment. One of major current challenges agriculture is finding ways to increase health yield sustainably. Manure application as a substitute for CF an alternative fertilization strategy maintaining biodiversity. However, little known about complex response bacterial communities nutrients manure CFs application. This study reports nutrients, rice yield, microbial community structure 2 years continuous The consisted six treatments: no N fertilizer control (Neg-Con); 100% (Pos-Con); 60% cattle (CM) + 40% (High-CM); 30% CM 70% (Low-CM); poultry (PM) (High-PM), PM (Low-PM). We used high-throughput sequencing 16S ribosomal RNA gene amplicons characterize communities. Results revealed that addition significantly altered composition structure; enhanced relative abundance phyla Proteobacteria, Chloroflexi, Firmicutes, Acidobacteria, Planctomycetes. Similarly, integrated increased biochemical traits [i.e., pH, total (TN), organic C (SOC), biomass (MBN), (MBC)] grain yield. Average increases in SOC, TN, MBN, MBC were 43.66, 31.57, 24.34, 49.45%, respectively, over High-PM compared with Pos-Con. The long-term utilization of inorganic fertilizers in pakchoi cultivation can result increased nitrate levels, potentially posing health risks to human consumers. For this study, we investigated the efficacy organic as a promising alternative for enhancing soil structure, improving fertility, and increasing yield pakchoi. A two-year field trial was conducted from 2022 2023 examine effects combined application fertilizer on growth Three types irrigation water, namely fresh water (F), brackish (B), magnetized–ionized (MIB), were used combination with five different rates (0, 20, 40, 60, 80 kg/ha, denoted 0, 1, 2, 3, 4). results revealed that treatments F2, F3, B2, B3, MIB3 significantly improved indexes Notably, resulted an earlier onset fast period leaf area index weight.
