The present paper reviews the most recent advances regarding effects of chemical and organic fertilizers on soil microbial communities. Based results from articles considered, some details are presented how use various types affects composition activity Soil microbes have different responses to fertilization based differences in total carbon (C), nitrogen (N) phosphorus (P) contents soil, along with moisture presence plant species. These show that changes abundance populations stimulates their growth thanks nutrient supply added. Overall, however, data revealed no significant influence richness diversity bacteria fungi. Instead, individual bacterial or fungal species was sensitive mainly attributed properties induced by fertilization. Among negative fertilization, decrease enzymatic has been highlighted several papers, especially soils received largest amounts together losses matter.

Organic and microbial fertilizers have potential advantages over inorganic in improving soil fertility crop yield without harmful side-effects. However, the effects of these bio-organic on microbiome metabolome remain largely unknown, especially context bamboo cultivation. In this study, we cultivated Dendrocalamus farinosus (D. farinosus) plants under five different fertilization conditions: organic fertilizer (OF), Bacillus amyloliquefaciens bio-fertilizer (Ba), mucilaginosus Krassilnikov (BmK), plus (OFBa), (OFBmK). We conducted 16S rRNA sequencing liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC-MS) to evaluate bacterial composition metabolic activity treatment groups. The results demonstrate that all conditions altered community composition. Moreover, combination (i.e., OFBa OFBmK groups) significantly affected relative abundance species; largest number dominant communities were found group, which strongly correlated with each other. Additionally, non-targeted metabolomics revealed levels lipids lipid-like molecules, acids their derivatives, greatly conditions. galactitol, guanine, deoxycytidine also markedly decreased constructed a regulatory network delineated relationships between phenotype, enzymatic activity, differential metabolites, microbial. promoted growth by modifying metabolome. Accordingly, concluded use fertilizers, or regulated processes. These findings provide new insights into how D. farinosus-bacterial interactions are regiments, directly applicable agricultural cultivation bamboo.

Agricultural soil is related to food security and human health, antibiotics heavy metals (HMs), as two typical pollutants, possess a high coexistence rate in the environmental medium, which extremely prone inducing antibiotic-HMs combined pollution. Recently, frequent activities have led more prominent antibiotics-HMs contamination agricultural soils, especially production spread of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs), metal (MRGs), resistant bacteria (ARB), complexes (AMCs), seriously threaten ecology health. This review describes main sources (Intrinsic manmade sources), composite mechanisms (co-selective resistance, oxidative stress, Joint toxicity mechanism), fate potential risks (soil ecological health risks) HMs soils. Finally, current effective source blocking, transmission control, attenuation strategies are classified for discussion, such application additives barrier materials, well plant animal remediation bioremediation, etc., pointing out that future research should focus on whole chain process "source-process-terminal", intending provide theoretical basis decision-making reference research.
