Excessive use of antibiotics causes serious environmental pollution, and luminescence sensing can easily quickly detect trace antibiotic residues in water systems. In this paper, a nanoporous 2D robust Zn-MOF (LCU-126) its mixed-matrix membranes (MMMs) were well fabricated with N-rich functional sites for detecting iota norfloxacin (NOR) by significant enhancement effect. The efficient performance incorporates high selectivity sensitivity, good anti-interference recycling stability, fast response time, very low detection limit (LOD) 0.1007 0.1706 ppb real river solutions LCU-126 MMMs, respectively. Moreover, the luminescent test strips latent fingerprint visualization further expanded practical application more convenient, fast, real-time naked eye monitoring NOR. Multiple experiments DFT calculations reveal possible photoinduced electron transfer (PET) mechanism. These results evidence that is an advanced material NOR complex media.

Abstract This review briefly emphasizes the different detection approaches (electrochemical sensors, chemiluminescence, surface‐enhanced Raman scattering), functional nanostructure materials (quantum dots, metal nanoparticles, nanoclusters, magnetic nanomaterials, oxide polymer‐based and carbonaceous nanomaterials) mechanisms. Furthermore, emphasis of this is on integration nanomaterials with optical spectroscopic techniques for identification various biomarkers (nucleic acids, glucose, uric acid, oxytocin, dopamine, ascorbic bilirubin, spermine, serotonin, thiocyanate, Pb 2+ , Cu Hg F − peptides), cancer (mucin 1, prostate specific antigen, carcinoembryonic CA15‐3, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, C‐reactive protein, interleukin‐6). Analytical characteristics nanomaterials‐based sensors are summarized in tables, providing insights detection.
