Although urbanization greatly benefits economy-society development in China, it poses enormous challenges to cultivated land utilization. In the context of acceleration and carbon neutrality, it’s significance achieve high-quality sustainable agricultural development. Thus, coupling coordination relationship between new-type low-carbon utilization (CLLCU) needs be examined. However, this topic has not been adequately addressed previous studies. To fill gap, paper adopted a comprehensive evaluation model super-efficiency SBM (Slacked Based Measure) evaluate level efficiency (CLLCUE) cities Yangtze River Delta China from 2000 2018. With the growth in agricultural economy, problem of sustainability has become increasingly prominent. This study proposes a decoupling analysis framework for economic development and multidimensional indicators grain exporting by integrating Tapio model with virtual water (VW) theory, Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index (LMDI) footprint method. is advantageous coordinating research on problems flow (VWF) ecological consumption different grains, indicators, identifying key drivers that promote curb VW consumption. applied to real-world case Heilongjiang Province, China.
