As microalgas são microrganismos heterogêneos, versáteis e disponíveis em todo o mundo. Seu uso tem sido descrito várias áreas, com vários objetivos, especialmente na remediação de resíduos variadas origens. Neste artigo, é apresentado um levantamento bibliográfico trabalhos publicados periódicos alto impacto, utilizando como critério pesquisa as palavras chave “chlorococcum” “bioproducts”. Posteriormente, esses foram filtrados, sendo considerados apenas aqueles revistas fator impacto igual ou superior a 5. Por último, foi realizada uma triagem dos resultados para separar artigos revisão. Foram obtidos, após três bases dados triagem, 238 trabalhos, entre revisões pesquisa. Ao fim filtros, número final utilizados no relatório 128 trabalhos. Após análise, pôde-se perceber crescimento recente do interesse águas residuárias outros resíduos, bem produção moléculas interesse, principalmente carotenoides, também dessa biomassa combustíveis, especial biodiesel.

This study evaluated the environmental impacts of producing 1 kg biomass for animal feed grown in inland fisheries effluents as a culture medium using ReCiPe method. Four scenarios with two downstream alternatives were modeled life cycle assessment method: Algal Life Feed (ALF), Recycled nutrients (ALF+Rn), Pelletized Biomass (PB), and (PB+Rn). The findings reveal substantial reduction when wastewater is employed water source nutrient reservoir. However, eutrophication toxicity-related categories reported highest normalized impacts. ALF+Rn emerges most promising scenario due to its reduced energy consumption, highlighting potential further improvement through alternative sources upstream processes. Therefore, liquid waste from fish production unique opportunity implement strategies reduce emission pollutants by microalgae rich various high-value-added metabolites.

Multiple fluorochromes are extensively used to investigate different microalgal aspects, such as viability and physiology. Some of them can be stain nucleic acids (DNA). Well-known examples SYBR Green I SYTO 9, the latter which offers several advantages, especially when combined with flow cytometry (FCM)—a powerful method for studying population heterogeneity analyzing their cell cycles. However, effects these dyes on microalgae physiology have not been fully elucidated yet. A statistical experimental design, using response surface methodology (RSM) FCM was applied in this study optimize DNA staining a non-conventional microalgae, Chromochloris zofingiensis, variables affecting efficiency, i.e., dye concentration, incubation time temperature. We found that none factors affects less than 99.65%. both dyes, concentration shown most significant factor causing damage (p-values: 0.0003; <0.0001) respectively. The temperature only 9 (p-value: 0.0082), no effect observed regarding dyes. values optimized parameters (0.5 µM, 05 min 25 °C) X, 5 resulted maximum efficiency (99.8%; 99.6%), minimum damaging (12.86%; 13.75%) I, These results offer new perspectives improving use provides insights into possible side microalgae.

Livestock and poultry farming, as a crucial component of agricultural production, poses substantial threat to the ecological environment due discharge wastewater. In recent years, researchers have proposed various resource treatment technologies for livestock breeding However, comprehensive discussion regarding limitations avenues optimizing utilization farming wastewater is notably absent in existing literature. This paper takes swine an illustrative case undertakes review advantages, disadvantages, optimization directions technologies, including physical chemical technology, microbial metabolism, electrochemistry, constructed wetlands, microalgae-based techniques. Based on mass balance, recovery rates are estimated, it was found that electrochemistry wetland techniques may become mainstream future. Furthermore, this emphasizes addition efficiency, should also focus following aspects: (1) striking balance between environmental impact economic benefits; (2) reducing cost energy utilization; (3) safeguarding security.

Abstract Developing multifunctional catalysts applied in diversiform modes via advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) is a promising and attractive approach for organic pollutions degradation. Herein, novel hollow bamboo-like structural cobalt/nitrogen-doped carbonized material (CoC/N) was employed as catalyst AOPs, which CoC/N prepared situ through calcining Co-based coordination polymer.
