The competitiveness of countries can be measured through their innovative capacity and the level digitalization they have achieved. Technological advances proven to an engine economic growth, promoting employment sustainable development. In Europe, policies are being focused on investments make this "Digital Decade". Against backdrop, aim study is analyse 27 European Union by producing a synthetic indicator that includes factors relating innovation (measured Global Innovation Index) (based Digital Economy Society Index), which in turn yields annual ranking analysed economies between 2017 2021. Digitalization is globally transforming the world with profound implications. It has enormous potential to foster progress toward sustainability. However, in its current form, digitalization also continues enable and encourage practices numerous unsustainable impacts affecting our environment, ingraining inequality, degrading quality of life. There an urgent need identify such multifaceted holistically. Impact assessment digital interventions (DIs) leading essential specifically for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Digitalization and sustainable development represent two highly topical subjects, each of them being primarily debated in the literature. Although it is evident that digitalization brings new opportunities challenges for management organizations meeting their strategies, there are relatively few studies analyzing relationship between two. Therefore, objective present study to analyze European Union (EU) countries, 2019 2021, before during COVID-19 pandemic. On this matter, link Digital Economy Society Index (DESI), on one side, Sustainable Development Goal (SDG Index) Spillover (SS Index), other has been analyzed using correlations. Abstract Mitigation actions needed to achieve the ambitions of Paris agreement limit global temperature rise 1.5 °C or below 2 have align with sustainable development. In near term, this implies a better understanding context-specific challenges in integrating sustainability climate policies during designing, planning, implementation and financing stages. Through review selected studies across regions, paper draws out conclusions focussing on mitigation–sustainable development goal (SDG) trade-offs, implications costs equity for different contexts. In the EU-27 countries, importance of social sustainability digital transformation (SOSDIT) is heightened by need to balance economic growth with cohesion. By prioritizing SOSDIT, EU can ensure that its citizens are not left behind in process and technology serves needs all Europeans. Therefore, current study aimed firstly evaluate SOSDIT countries then model reaching sustainable development goals (SDGs). <abstract> <p>Unlike traditional marketing methods, neuromarketing has shown new insights and higher prediction accuracy. This research uses the bibliometric method to analyze objectives like analysis integration of green concept neuromarketing, recognition useful authors, years publication documents, authoritative journals that publish articles in this field keywords around neuromarketing.
