The conventional pesticide formulations often suffer from low utilization rates and trigger the development of resistance, leading to significant resource waste ecological damage. A promising solution these issues lies in design intelligent, nanotechnology-based systems for controlled-release co-delivery pesticides. multi-compartment liposome nano-vesicle (Co-EM-Lip) that simultaneously carries emamectin benzoate (EB) nitenpyram (Nit) has been developed, using a eutectic mixture (EM) fatty acids as temperature-sensitive "switch". This Co-EM-Lip system successfully enabled two pesticides with differing water solubility insecticidal pathways, along thermo-responsive controlled release. effectiveness against Plutella xylostella was approximately 4.4 times higher at 35 °C than 15 °C, which is attributable high temperature-triggered rapid release properties. Importantly, EB Nit within demonstrated synergistic biological effects various pests. Additionally, showed less toxicity zebrafish. research thus introduces novel strategy devise smart, aimed enhancing efficiency, delaying pest minimizing environmental harm impact on non-target organisms.

Abstract Laser weeding may contribute to less dependency on herbicides and soil tillage. Several research commercial projects are underway develop robots equipped with lasers control weeds. Artificial intelligence can be used locate identify weed plants, mirrors direct a laser beam towards the target kill it heat. However, perennial weeds regrow belowground parts after destroys aerial shoots. Depletion resources might possible if continuously kills new shoots, but require many treatments. We studied how could destroy widespread aggressive Elymus repens rhizomes were cut into fragments. Plants killed even small dosages energy stopped regrowing. Generally, highest efficacy was achieved when treated at 3-leaf stage.

Spray pyrolysis is a promising method for producing thin, transparent films on glass substrates. ZnO thin synthesized by this exhibit high crystallinity, adhesion and chemical resistance. They also possess the ability to degrade water pollutants antibacterial properties under UV light. The crystalline structure of these has been studied using grazing X-ray diffraction (GIXRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) scanning electron (SEM), while transmission (TEM) used investigate their composition purity. Other techniques such as photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman ultraviolet–visible were employed. ICP-OES was evaluate photocatalyst leaching. These have exceptional optical properties, with transmittance 95%. photocatalytic degradation 4-Nitrophenol (4-NP) showed rate 94% in 270 min kinetic constant value 3.1 × 10−3 mM/min. are highly durable reusable, exhibiting superior performance compared other photocatalysts. bactericidal activity evaluated, 60.6% being obtained Escherichia coli after irradiating light 3 h.
