Stimulating green technology innovation in agricultural enterprises through appropriate environmental policies is of great significance for achieving development. Based on the data listed agribusinesses from 2007 to 2020, this paper analyzes incentive effects traditional regulatory tools, carbon trading, and policy synergies using SDM-SDID model. It was found that: (1) Although both tools trading provide effects, former tends exhibit more pronounced direct making it suitable adoption by local governments, while latter demonstrates stronger spatial spillover application a national market context. (2) Command-and-control instruments are complementary mixes, other mixes be used as context actual situation. (3) The significant eastern regions, non-heavily polluting, state-owned agribusinesses, but not basic sector. above research, reveals differentiated different types combinations agribusinesses. This contributes deepening research selection provides theoretical support practical references precise implementation collaborative governance.

Green innovation has been identified as a viable strategy to mitigate the tension between industrial change and pollutant emissions. Relevant research should focus more on impact of eco-friendly innovations carbon Consequently, using panel data set that covers 30 Chinese provinces from 2005 2020, we examine whether there is carbon-abatement effect green in construction sector. According findings two-way fixed-effects model, substantially positively influences reduction dioxide emissions industry. The results threshold model show significant non-linear relationship when environmental regulation intensity used variable. Furthermore, discovered cuts considerably through regulation. Finally, abatement varies significantly regions, elements, types development.

Introduction: Studying the influence and mechanism between environmental regulation, protection investment, enterprise green technology innovation is crucial to realize ecological civilization construction sustainable economic growth. Methods: Based on patent data corresponding of A-share heavily polluting industry enterprises from 2010 2020, a comprehensive index regulation constructed, system GMM estimation method, threshold effect test, intermediary model are used. The impact studied, heterogeneity property rights analyzed. Results: following conclusions drawn: 1) Environmental presents “U”-shaped relationship first suppressing then promoting innovation, there only single effect, “inflection point” 2.756. 2) There an investment in creation; that is, affects by affecting behavior enterprises. 3) State-owned more sensitive has greater innovation.
