This study investigated the removal of tetracycline and ciprofloxacin antibiotics from an aqueous solution in a batch system using magnetic copper ferrite (CuFe2O4) nanoparticles as adsorbents. Next, effects important parameters such concentration, adsorbent dosage, ultrasonication time, pH were examined on efficiency process. The optimum conditions determined through Box-Behnken design (BBD) based experiment (DOE). second-order regression coefficients estimated following statistical analysis results by variance (ANOVA). optimal points accurately combining drawing multivariate equation. obtained at concentration 30 mg L-1, dosage 0.021 g, 7, time 11 min. Under conditions, maximum was 96.89% 99.03% for ciprofloxacin, respectively. performance CuFe2O4 five consecutive experiments did not show much decline, indicating reusability stability adsorbent. showed that could remove real water samples more than 98%.

Developing efficient technologies to eliminate or degrade contaminants is paramount for environmental protection. Biocatalytic decontamination offers distinct advantages in terms of selectivity and efficiency; however, it still remains challenging when applied complex matrices. The main challenge originates from the instability difficult-to-separate attributes fragile enzymes, which also results issues compromised activity, poor reusability, low cost-effectiveness, etc. One viable solution harness biocatalysis environments known as enzyme immobilization, where a flexible tightly fixed solid carrier. In case reticular crystal utilized support, feasible engineer next-generation biohybrid catalysts functional complicated media. This can be interpreted by three aspects: (1) highly crystalline skeleton shield immobilized against external stressors. (2) porous network ensures high accessibility interior catalytic decontamination. And (3) adjustable unambiguous structure framework favors in-depth understanding interfacial interaction between enzyme, turn guide us designing active biocomposites. Review aims introduce this emerging technology involving pollutant degradation greenhouse gas (carbon dioxide) conversion, with emphasis on immobilization protocols diverse catalysis principles including single catalysis, cascades, photoenzyme-coupled catalysis. Abstract The detection of pefloxacin in milk is significant importance for food safety. Traditional methods detecting often rely on techniques such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), which are complex and time-consuming. This article introduces a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate based composite covalent organic frameworks (COFs) silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) the rapid milk. After testing (PEF) both water milk, limits were calculated to be 6.31 µg/L 82 with correlation coefficients 0.991 0.998, respectively.
