Organophosphate esters (OPEs) have raised great concerns in recent years. However, information regarding their occurrence infant formula remains limited. Thus, thirty-two OPEs were measured sold Shanghai, China 2023. Studies on dietary exposure to organophosphate esters (OPEs) and diesters (di-OPEs) are limited, especially regarding di-OPEs their presence in raw grains, which fundamental staples of the human diet. In this study, 18 OPEs 8 were measured 289 grain samples from 13 major grain-producing regions China belonging four types: wheat, rice, maize, soybean. Tris(2-chloroisopropyl) phosphate (TCIPP) tris(2-ethylhexyl) (TEHP) dominant OPEs, while bis(2-ethylhexyl) (BEHP) was main di-OPE. The highest concentrations both ∑OPEs ∑di-OPEs observed soybean (median: 14.9 1.87 ng/g, respectively), followed by wheat (4.79 1.69 ng/g), maize (2.63 1.10 rice (2.37 0.726 ng/g). regional distribution relatively homogeneous. significantly higher Sichuan Shandong provinces, whereas spatial patterns differed, suggesting separate sources for di-OPEs. As a typical class of novel organic pollutants, tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) analogs have been widely detected in various environmental matrices. Several toxicological studies highlighted that the accumulation pollutants is basis for assessing their ecological effects and potential risks. However, bioaccumulation trophic transfer TBBPA marine food webs are not fully understood. Prenatal exposure to organophosphorus flame retardants (OPFRs) has been linked with adverse effects on reproductive health, and new OPFRs are continually emerging. In this study, emerging OPFRs, such as bis(2-ethylhexyl) phenyl phosphate (BEHPP), triamyl (TAP), tris(4-tert-butylphenyl) (T4tBPPP), oxydi-2,1-ethanediyl phosphoric acid tetrakis(2 chloro-1-methylethyl) ester (RDT905), cresyl diphenyl (CDP), 2-isopropylphenyl (2IPPDPP), were detected in 84 %, 100 52 40 % of 25 decidua samples average concentrations 2.36, 6.21, 1.5, 2.6, 1.07, 0.09 ng/g dry weight (dw), respectively. Abstract The development of methodologies for the determination plasticizers is essential assessing environmental and human impact resulting from use plastics. A fast analytical method with on-line purification based on turbulent flow chromatography (TFC) coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (MS–MS) has been developed analysis ten phthalates, four alternative (including adipates citrates), 20 organophosphate esters (OPEs). validated across different matrices. Analytical parameters showed acceptable recoveries ranging between 50 125%, RSDs lower than 20%, mLODs 0.001–2.08 ng g −1 wet weight (ww), 0.002–0.30 , 0.001–0.93 m −3 foodstuffs, face masks, ambient air, respectively.
